Kenna awoke to the intensely bright sunshine peaking through the window. She held up a hand to block the rays but it was no use, groaning slightly she sits up in the ridiculously large bed. Her eyebrows furrow slightly at the foreign room, where the sheets were blue and not white and no scented candles in sight.

"Oh my god" Kenna's eyes widen recalling what happened last night, her cheeks blush in embarrassment thinking about how she asked Klaus to sleep with her.

Although it was innocent, it was still embarrassing none the less.

She walked over to a small wooden vanity table. A small smile forms on her lips when she reads the note left there.

"I promise no harm will come to you again Makena. Camille will come over in the morning to bring you some clothes. Marcellus is occupied so no need for an awkward meeting. If you need me, I'm only a call away

-K"

Kenna scrunches up the note before walking quietly through the compound. She begins to wonder what it would have been like when the Mikaelson's lived here. Looking down at the entrance of the compound she notices Cami waving and quickens her pace to get to her.

"Hey, how comes you stayed at Marcels? It looks really creepy here" Cami notes, passing Kenna the clothes while taking in her surroundings.

"Thank you for the clothes Cami, I forgot my door keys and luckily Marcel let me stay." Kenna lied walking up to the room she just came from, Cami following behind.

"You could've come by my place," she mutters walking into the large bedroom Kenna stayed in the previous night, "wow this place..."

"Is old?" Kenna suggests raising an eyebrow, Cami shakes her head.

"Old is an understatement this place looks ancient" She laughs and Kenna joins in, throwing on the new clothes.

"It was late so I didn't want to wake you" Kenna shrugs while shoving her old clothes into a bag.

"I don't mind Kenna, you're welcome any time" Cami smiles sitting on the edge of the bed.

Since moving here to help Rebekah, Camille had quickly become Makena's closest friend in New Orleans. She wasn't much older than Makena and it was nice to know someone who wasn't dead or see her as a dangerous witch.

"So, our shift isn't until 1 and it's," Cami looks down at her watch, "9:35, what do you wanna do?" She quizzes wiggling her eyebrows causing Kenna to giggle.

The incessant buzz of Kenna's phone interrupted her as she went to respond, "hold that thought" she pulled her phone out of her pocket looking at the ID, giving Cami an apologetic look before answering.

"Hey marcel" she clears her throat, sitting on the edge of the bed next to Cami.

"Hey, K, are you... busy right now?" Marcel rambles as though his busy doing something.

"Well I was about to go out with Cami actually. What's up?" Kenna rubs her temples slightly looking over at a curious Cami, she quickly mouths 'marcel' earning a small eye roll in return.

"I hate to ask for favours but I don't suppose you can check up on Davina? I would do it myself but I'm sure she'd rather see you right now" He asks almost desperately.

"Uh yeah sure, I'm bringing Cami with me though" Kenna informs through the phone while picking up her old clothes from the floor.

"Perfect, also tell her she's moving out tonight, that will cheer her up, thank you so much K" was all Marcel said before hanging up.

"Hm, that was totally not weird" Kenna muttered.

"What did he want?" Cami questioned, raising an eyebrow.

"He wants me to quickly check on Davina if that's okay?" Kenna gave an innocent smile and puppy dog eyes.

"Yeah of course it's fine" Cami smiles as they both walk out the compound.

The streets of New Orleans were busy, Kenna could feel the constant gaze of people on her. She put her head down and quickened her pace knowing it was the witches. Her father most defiantly had witches on the look out for her now she's back in town.

Cami and Kenna walked into the church, quickly being greeted by father Kieron.

"Uncle Kieron" Cami perked, embracing him while Kenna stood back.

"I'm gonna go check on Davina, you can stay here if you'd like?" Kenna offered earning a greatful nod from Cami.

Kenna knocked lightly on the door, hearing muffled whispers and movement, she held her hand out watching the door fly open.

Kenna looked between Davina and the tall handsome man standing in her room, raising her eyebrows slightly.

"Oh my god Kenna you scared the hell out of me!" Davina gasped holding her hand to her heart.

"Care to explain why you have a grown man in your room, D?" Kenna tried to be stern but couldn't hold the smirk spreading across her face.

Before Davina got a chance to respond, the tall handsome stranger walked towards Kenna, "It would be rude of me not to introduce myself, Elijah Mikaelson." He smiled stretching out his hand out to Kenna, "and who might you be?"

"Makena George, the over protective friend wondering why you're here" she accepts the firm handshake.

"Well Makena-" Elijah begins to explain, pulling away from the handshake.

"Please, call me Kenna" she interrupts, sitting down on a small wooden chair.

"Why shorten such a beautiful name?" He tilts his head slightly.

"Your brother says the same thing" she rolls her eyes, still wondering what a mikaelson was doing in a 16 year old witches room.

"You are friends of my family?" He ponders, peeking slightly at the mention of his brother.

"I would say we are on friend terms now" Kenna responded, noticing Elijah's confused expression she elaborates, "Well, a couple of years ago Rebekah handed me over to my father who wants me dead as punishment and drained me off my powers... but we're past that now"

He nods understandingly, "and you know my brother how?"

"His a flirt" Kenna smirks, turning to Davina, "I come bearing good news don't worry D, you're finally moving out of this pile of dust."

Davina screams in excitement, "when?"

"Tonight apparently, I'm not too sure" Kenna grins, Davina embraces her and Kenna felt pity for the poor girl, she's been through so much.

"But D, something tells me Elijah here shouldn't be walking or talking right now so make sure to cover your tracks so Marcel doesn't find out" Kenna warns before giving her some sage, "burn this around the room, it will prevent supernatural beings hearing your conversations inside, and lock your door"

"Thank you Kenna, for looking out for me" Davina thanks Kenna hugging her tight before she leaves.

"Us outcast witches need to stick together D, there's not many people we can trust" Kenna winks before closing the door behind her.

Kenna quickly walks out the church with Cami and head the work, she pulls out her phone and notices Klaus' number had been put in, she began to type a quick message.

"I found Elijah and I know where Davina is hidden"
