A/N- annnnnd I'm back. I finished all my exams around the end of June and as expected after over 20 exams I  literally did not want to write for a good month. I was on holiday last week and had some inspiration for new story ideas too but I'm not sure if I'm gonna do anything with them as of yet.

I tried to proof read this as best as possible but I always with out fail miss errors, if you spot any let me know in the comments!

ALSO AS IM EDITING THIS ITS LITERALLY MY BIRTHDAY AHHH

The sight of the young vulnerable boy glumly playing his violin against his will sent shivers down Kenna's spine.

"This is sick." She muttered.

"Don't look so disappointed sweetheart, it's all for a good cause." Klaus declared.

Gently, he took Kenna's wrist in his palm pulling her to face him, he placed his fingers under her chin and lifted her face towards his own. He slowly leant in and her heart began to race with fear, unsure how to react she turned away.

"That kiss outside the compound was... look, I know what you did you Camille." She confesses clenching her jaw, "When will this end? I know I should've known better than to fall for an original but I can't help myself, you make me feel so alive." She sighed sadly.

Klaus nodded and pondered for a moment before looking at the young hybrid with lustful eyes.

"When I reclaim my city, I want you to rule by my side Makena," Klaus circled around the witch, "stand by me and I will give you the world."

This sudden outburst of emotion sent Makena into overdrive as she questioned her own morals. She had never spoken to Klaus about how he felt, for all she knew this could be a ploy to get her to turn on her friends.

The mere thought of being by Klaus' side made her heart patter that little bit faster.

"I know you feel the same, I can hear your heart running frenzy when I'm around you." He whispered into her ear.

He lightly grazed his finger tips down the side of her arm. Barely touching her but enough for the hairs on her arm to stand straight and goose bumps to raise. Her breathing hitched and quivered as she grabbed his wrist.

"Please." She practically begged with pleading eyes.

"I hope I'm not interrupting anything." Elijah's voice rose, Kenna cleared her throat before walking towards the original.

"No not at all, we were just discussing Timothy." She lied turning everyone's attention to the boy.

"Yes... Are the maudlin theatrics absolutely necessary, Niklaus?" He rose an eyebrow looking up at the boy playing his violin.
