A/n- Sorry I know this was a bit of a filler. I never write about how Klaus is feeling, I'm trying to write more but it's hard with all my exams at the moment. Thank you for being so patient!

Klaus' face contorted slightly watching the scene between Kenna and Cami unfold, he watched aimlessly as Kenna revealed everything to Cami.
He couldn't help but feel a shred of pain as he watched Kenna do her magic, Cami laughed in awe as the feathers drifted elegantly.
Elegant. That word alone triggered a memory Klaus so desperately tried to forget. When he laid beside Kenna, her soft brown curls sprawled over him, he could hear her steady heartbeat as well as her shallow breathes while her head gently fell onto his chest.
It wasn't often Klaus felt nervous around women, only one in particular came to mind but that's another story for another time. However, in that moment as the angelic girl laid on his heavy breathing chest he was in total euphoria.
"You do feel something for her, don't you brother?" The blonde vampire spoke breaking Klaus from his thoughts.
He turned around to face Rebekah, his mouth still open slightly.
"Relax... I'm only here to say goodbye" Rebekah confessed, trying to give off as much confidence as possible.
"Running off again so soon?" Klaus scoffs, his eyes rolling slightly before shifting his attention back to the window.
"I only came here to help Hayley and I full-filled that duty." She held her head high folding her arms.
"Yes, sister you brought a siphon to do your dirty work, congratulations... you best be on your way. Be free" Klaus' words becoming a simple mutter.
"Just admit it, you like Kenna don't you Nik" Rebekah ignores Klaus' sarcasm, she notices the corner of his mouth flicker at the mention of the witch.
"What I feel is simply pointless, you should have seen the hatred in her eyes Rebekah!" He growls sadly taking a step towards the blonde girl, "she trusted me and destroyed it not even hours later. I barely know this girl Rebekah, she is like a disease plaguing my mind, I can't get rid of her."
"Perhaps you should tell her how you feel?" Rebekah suggests scanning her brothers face, he looked lost which was unusual for Klaus, he was so calculated and sure of everything.
"That's the point sister I don't know what I feel!" He quietly raises his voice, both realising they're still inches away from Kenna's window.
Rebekah looks into the window, Kenna was laying peacefully with Cami on the sofa. She could practically see their tear stained cheeks from where she stood.
"Well when you figure out what it is you're feeling, tell her. She forgave me so I know she will forgive you" Rebekah says breaking contact from the girl and back to her brother, "I practically raised that girl and trust me when I say she may have a temper but she is most certainly capable of forgiveness. Her heart probably bleeds for you right now, you just need to show her how sorry you are"
Rebekah shares a smirk with Klaus before pulling him into a hug, "I don't think you should go" Klaus admits pulling away.
"I'm sorry Nik" she sighs looking back at her car, "I've got to get on the road, promise me you'll earn her forgiveness?" Rebekah raises an eyebrow, Klaus nods before watching his sister drive away leaving him alone once more.
Klaus makes his way down the dark streets, his mind was clouded with emotions he didn't know his stone cold heart were capable of.
"Hey, where you been?" Marcels distinct voice could be heard behind Klaus.
Marcel smirked slightly noticing the annoyance written over Klaus' face, he doesn't say anything causing Marcel to laugh inside.
"Come on, not still mad about our tiff the other night, are you?" Marcel gasps sarcastically.
Klaus silently debates whether tearing his heart from his body was the best solution right there before smiling fakely, "Water under the bridge." He responds before turning away.
Marcel stood in front of him before speaking once more, "Hey, Cami's all yours if you're interested. I'm feeling like right now's not the right time to pursue a relationship. Life's all about timing, you know? Although now Kenna's back in town, I mean she has gotten hot" He spoke tauntingly.
Needless to say Klaus was riled up, he laughed almost angrily but he knew he had to keep the peace and ensure Marcel stayed on his side.
"Speaking of, I swung by your house earlier to commiserate over a drink, but I must have just missed you." Marcel tilted his head slightly and rose an eyebrow, Klaus quickly responded to set aside any suspicion.
"Oh, the Palace Royale didn't suit me, I moved on weeks ago." Klaus smiled as he began walking.
"Nooo, I mean your other place" Marcel smirked shaking his head knowingly. Klaus stopped in his tracks for a couple of seconds, turning back around the face Marcel.
"Interesting location to put down your roots, the same plantation where I was a slave. I guess that's why you never invited me over." Marcel spoke, analysing every little detail of Klaus' face.
Klaus knew Marcels motives and smiled, "Well, how rude of me. I'll speak to Elijah. I'm sure he'll be pleased to host you and Davina for the evening! Especially after you were so hospitable to him."
Marcel chuckled loudly causing Klaus' smile to grow wider, "Good! I look forward to it." He shook Klaus' hand before disappearing into the night.
Klaus' smile quickly falters before aggressively walking away.
That walk turned to a sprint which was soon followed by vamp speed. He slammed open the door and walked into Hayley's room.
"Hayley's gone, where is she?" Elijah worriedly talks down the phone, he was pacing up and down the room before noticing Klaus.
"Marcel was here." Klaus' jaw clenches as Elijah looks at Klaus stunned before dropping the phone from his ear.
"Marcel?" Elijah responded dumbfounded, "how could he have possibly known." He ponders continuing to pace through the mansion.
Klaus followed swiftly behind, "how he knows is irrelevant as of this moment, we need to find Hayley who might I add is carrying my child and we will start with Marcel" his husky voice filled the room.
"Or perhaps brother this is that young witch Kenna getting her revenge for what you did" Elijah suggests causing Klaus to narrow his eyes.
"It wasn't Makena" Klaus muttered grabbing his coat from the sofa, Elijah doesn't question it as they both walk out the door.
