p.o.v. Hannah:
The next morning, I picked up Mika from her home and we drove to school together like every other day. She told me to stop so we could talk.
"Hannah about the thing I have to tell you. Promise me not to freak out."
"Okay, I promise."
"So my father..."
"Yes."
"He's a bit dangerous and all because he is, well was a gang leader."
"Oh gosh, I was right with what I said on the phone yesterday right."
"Yes and no... my family has a gang but my brother doesn't want you for his services. Well at first, he wanted that but since he knows that the Storm-Trio are you guys he blows it off."
"I mean that's a lot to take in right now. You just told me that your father owns a gang and all that. I guess it wasn't easy for you to tell me."
"It was really hard."
"So what is your brother going do with Simon and does Jack know about C?"
"They know and I don't know what they will do but I hope that they are going tell them."
"I hope so too. And no worries of me telling anyone."
"I wouldn't even have thought about you telling someone.""Let's drive or we're going to be late for school."
At school, our ways split and she gave me a small kiss on my cheek. I went to the art room for my first lesson. It was relaxing.
At lunch, I waited for the others on our table but only Mika came. I wondered where they could be. We called them a few times but no one answered. It was like they disappeared from the surface. Normally they tell us when they are sick or just skip the lessons. Micky was at the table with some other friends of him. Mika remembered that Cole wasn't home when she left. Maybe they are skipping school or something like that.
After school, we searched for them since they weren't picking up and answering our texts. I brought Mika home first and then I drove to the Underground.
They weren't there. I received a call from Mika and she said she found them in the office. All of them.
I drove there as quickly as I could and stormed in the house. Mika was already waiting for me in the living room and took me in the office. When I stepped inside Simon and Caroline seemed happy to see me.
I broke the silence and said:" Where the hell have you been. I was so worried about you. Didn't you even think about calling me or Mika!? Like what the hell. Why are you even here."
"We all have something to talk about.", Cole said.
"And we have to do this in an office."
"Nah it's just the only place where we all can sit."
"Okay. What is so important that you didn't come to school."
"Well, I don't even know where to start it. I know that Caroline and Simon are Streetfighters and that you are a street racer."
"Is there a problem with that?"
"No, not for you."
"Then what is it."
"Wait a moment. How did you guys find out?", Caroline asked.
"That's why we have to talk to you. About how we found out and why."
"God Cole you make this situation so awkward.", Mika said, "Jack just tell C what you have to say in private and Cole do the same with Simon that shit is so weird and stupid. I already told Hannah and when all of us know we can talk later about it when everyone is okay."
"Yeah, that's the better idea.", Jack said.
All left the office and then there was pure silence in the mansion.
"Cole really had to do such a drama about it, right?", I said to break the awkward silence.
"You know him he's a little drama queen."
"But I can't shake off the feeling that there is something else he has to talk to us about."
"I've also got the feeling that there is something else but this is more important than the other thing."
"I just hope he doesn't ask Simon to stop fighting. It means too much to him."
"I could say the same about Jack. He's so protective about C that I'm quite sure that he will ask her to stop fighting. I mean I also don't like it that much that you drive races but I trust you and I saw how you drive them."
"I understand it completely but it's their life. They live with the money they earn winning, and we don't earn badly."
"I know. Let's just hope they take it well and no one says something stupid."
"Let's hope."
