(Fitz is really into mental challenges like IQ testers and brain puzzles [nails, rubik's cubes])

"I'll bet you won't find anyone else on this base who can piece these into a perfect sphere!" Fitz said triumphantly, holding the puzzle in his hand. Mack rolled his eyes.

"I bet you twenty bucks I'll find someone who can turn these into a sphere." Mack challenged. Fitz disassembled the ball, handing the pieces to Mack.

"Come with me." Mack grinned.

-:x:-

"Hey, Amelia! Come here! I'll bet you can't make these puzzle pieces into a sphere. Fitz and I have a bet." Mack approached the girl.

"Is it one of those brain teasers?" She asked.

"Yeah. So far I'm the only one who has figured it out." Fitz said proudly.

"Can I use any means necessary -besides looking up the answer obviously - to make it a sphere?" Amelia asked, taking the pieces.

"Of course!" Mack smiled.

Amelia studies them closely, quickly frustrated.

"Told you! You owe me a twenty, Mack!" Fitz laughed.

"Not so fast, turbo." Mack grinned, and nodded to Amelia.

"Here. It's a sphere now." Amelia closed her fist, and reopened it to reveal the melted metal pieces, the alloys mixed and each of the twelve pieces all molded into one lump, which was quickly formed into a sphere the size of a ping-pong ball.

"What?!? That's cheating!" Fitz exclaimed when he saw Amelia use her power.

"Any means necessary was what we agreed on, Fitz. Hand over the money!"
