We go behind the pack house into the garage area that I didn't even know existed. He follows me to the passenger seat going in front of e to open the door for me. When he closes the door he now walks over to the driver's side and starts the car.

"Where are we going?" I turn to face him.

"Well, I've been craving Italian" ever since I left the pack but I don't know why.

"Italian it is" we fall into a comfortable silence as he drives away from the pack to the city. I reach over to turn the radio to have some sound in the car. 'Bring me back to life' by Evanescence comes up and I freak out, I haven't heard this song on the radio in a long time, William chuckles at my reaction but I sing along anyway.

"Don't you laugh at me, it's my favorite song" I point at him before going back to singing.

"I'm not" he glances over to me before turning back to the road with a smile.

As we arrive I can't help but feel a little nervous because I don't know how this will go, I've never been on a date let alone outside the pack. William parks the car and tells me to not get out. I wait to see him walk over to my side and opening my door offering me his hand to help me off the truck.

"Thank you" I smile up at him as I take his hand.

"Anytime" he smiles back intertwining our hands.

He makes no motion to separate his hand from mine not that I mind but the sparks on my skin from my wolf are surprising. We walk over to the restaurant and go up to the receptionist. William gives his name as I admire the restaurant.

After a few minutes they guide us inside and it absolutely beautiful, the walks look vintage and rustic, there are wooden tables with black chairs along the walls with the roof being glass planes with lights hanging from them and leaves along the wall.

We sit opposite of each other and the waiter brings the menus letting us know he will be back in a couple of minutes. I look over the menu already knowing what I will order when I look up to see him staring at me.

"What?" I smile.

"Nothing... do you already what your gonna order?" he shakes his head distracting him from the trance he was in.

"I think so, you?" I put down the menu and he nods.

"How often do you visit the city?" I ask.

"Not often maybe about five times a year... mostly to take care of some business with the packs here.

"There are packs in the city?" I'm a little surprised I mean there's a greater chance to get caught by humans that way.

"Yeah, that's why I came to help them blend in sometimes they come to my pack to roam free for a while, it's an alliance," he explains and ends just as the waiter comes and turns to me.

"What can I get for you this evening?" He smiles down at me.

"Oh yeah can I get the chicken Alfredo and an iced tea please" I hand him the menu. The waiter made no signal that he was going to turn to William so he coughs to get his attention.

"Oh yeah sorry, what would you have?"

"I will have the creamy tomato Parmesan chicken and a coke" he nods and grabs Williams menu as well, he turns back to me again and smiles before leaving. I hear a small growl in front of me, I look to see golden eyes staring past me instead of his hazel eyes, I have yet met William's wolf just like he hasn't met mine. I reach over the table to ask for his hand which he gently places over mine his eyes turn their attention to me.
