10 | Now you are mine

I'm forced to wake up when the pain gets worse, I wake up screaming clutching my stomach William comes running in a panic.

"Hey, hey, hey, it's okay I'm here, I'm sorry I was hungry" he comes into bed cradling me.

"No it's okay, it's not your fault go finish your food, I'll be fine" he doesn't move. 

"William, it's okay" I gently push him to make him get up from the bed. 

"Are you sure?" Do you want anything?"

"Yes I'm sure and no I'm good" he glances my way one more time before walking out the room and surely the pain increases I turn face down on the bed and stuff my face above the pillow to at least cover some of the groans so that he won't hear me. 

The pain once again is too unbearable and last time the shower helped so I go into the bathroom hoping it makes it go down. My whole body feels like it's burning and I need cold water. leaving my undergarments once again I rest my head at the end of the tub. 

I hear the door open from the bedroom after a few minutes and I just laid there, my plan had failed it wasn't going away if anything I feel the once cold water, hot again. Williams comes into the bathroom and stops when seeing me and his eyes instantly go golden but he quickly closes them and they turn back to hazel. 

"P...Please, h...help m...me" he comes over to me and covers me with a towel and carries me over to his bed once again. He hands me more of his clothes, some joggers and a t-shirt. I pull his joggers up but I lay his shirt next to me, William looks at me worriedly. 

"I... c...can't go through w...with this...a...any longer" I groan in pain loudly. 

"What are you saying?" he stands up

"Mark... me" his eyes turn to gold. 

"Are you sure, I didn't want it to be this way" he lifts me up placing me on his lap and places his hands on my back pulling me towards him and with the other puts it on my cheek.

"Me either but you've shown me who you are apart from the Alpha image, you've shown me my mate and he is someone who I trust so yes I would like you to mark me" I hold his cheek, as I feel my eyes turn violet.

I put my hand down as he leans in to capture my lips in his almost instantly my pain begins to disappear. He places light kisses down my neck until he is right where my neck and shoulder meet. 

He kisses the spot before sinking in his canines on my skin puncturing it, A jolt of pain comes making a tear roll down my cheek but it soon turns to pleasure when he kisses my mark. Opening my eyes I look into his olden ones no longer feeling the pain the heat brings. 

"Are you okay?" he asks and I nod he brings his hand up to my cheek and wipes the tear away, we rest our foreheads on each other. 

"You ready to mark me?" I recoil in shock as soon as those words leave his mouth. 

"What?" It's not common for Alphas to want their mates to mark them. With normal mates, it is required for both partners to be marked to get the full power that comes with being marked which is that the male get's stronger and the female also gets stronger and gets the ability to heal their mate faster. 

But with an Alpha, because they already have the power that comes with having the title it isn't required for the male to be marked to obtain the mate bond mark powers. That is why there are only a few Alphas who are marked and I'm kinda taken back he asked me to mark him.

"Do you not want to mark me?" he holds me in place and is amused by my stunned reaction. 

"Yeah I do but I just never expected it" he chuckles and captures my lips in his in a soft and gentle kiss.
