"Very well, follow Ray to the conference room" William tells the Alphas to talk about the emergency situation. 

They all follow behind and William leads us towards the room hand on my back after they go inside. As soon as William walks in with me I start to get stares from the other Alphas" 

"I don't think the meeting needs your Luna here" the same Alpha that spoke the first says, I try not to react at his comment. I've never felt so embarrassed but what can I do I'm in a room full of powerful Alphas who unfortunately have more say that I do. I start to walk away but I'm pulled back by William. 

"Amber has the same amount of importance maybe even more than any of you to be in this room, she's the Luna if this situation is a serious as you all make it seem then I need her. Anybody who thinks she shouldn't be here can leave" the table stays silent, I try so hard not to smile but I can't help it. I make eye contact with the Alpha that wanted me gone and I wanted to yell 'ha ha ha' but I just smirked and sat down next to William.

"Now, what's going on?" 

"Wolfs are going missing and being killed all over different packs" An alpha that hadn't spoken yet said. 

"Are there any patterns on the killings, is there a specific target?" William asks. 

"Not that we are aware of" 

"So the only thing we can do is have greater security as to who or what gets into our packs" William suggests everyone nods. 

"Okay, then is that all?" They nod once again. 

"Well this meeting was quick, you guys are welcome to stay for dinner" William stands up once again offering me his hand as we walk out the conference room. 

We wait for our chef to be done with the food because of unexpected guests she needs to make more. William has his hand on my back as he talks with an alpha. I don't know what they are talking about since I've been zoning out. 

Someone walks through the doors looking very familiar, I look closely to make sure it is who I believe him to be, once he makes eyes contact with me I'm certain. A smile appears on his face and I run, literally, to him and high him, he quickly wraps his arms around me as well. 

"Oh my god, Sebastian what are you doing here?" I separate from our hug. 

"I'm an Alpha from the Ember pack, how about you?" 

"I'm kind of the Luna of this pack" his eyes turn to look at something behind me.

"I don't think your mate likes you talking to me" I raise my eyebrow. 

"What do you mean?" I hear a growl behind me and I'm grabbed and dragged outside. 

"William what the hell?! Let go!" but he doesn't he keeps dragging me all the way to the forest. 

He releases my hand from his hold but stares back at me with his beautiful golden eyes. 

"What the hell was that?!" he yells.

"What do you mean what was that? What you did was so inappropriate" 

"You are not allowed to be with other men!" here we go again, I thought he was done with all the ordering around, fine two can play this game. I let my wolf show herself again illuminating my purple eyes to him. 

"Don't order me around, and stop overreacting I just hugged an old friend I haven't seen in a long time" I don't get it I've been around other men before and he didn't react this way so what's different? I turn my eyes back to normal when I start to realize what happened.
