CHAPTER 8- Revenge

Lacey P.O.V.

The sun shined again, it was time for another school day. I groaned as i prepared for school. As i reached my classroom, I took my usual seat and put my head down, waiting for our teacher to come.

I don't really feel good today, I was too drained after everything that happened yesterday. I revealed my secret to the guys and then about Minghao. I was emotionally drained and exhausted, I didn't even had a good sleep last night.

I sighed and closed my eyes, I didn't meant to sleep for the time being but since I didn't get a proper sleep last night, my eyes just heavily fall as I got into my dreamland.

I felt a poke struck to my right cheek, I didn't want to open my eyes yet but the person keep poking my cheeks. I slowly opened my eyes and met a guy with brown orbs. I suddenly got my consciousness as my eyes landed upon the guy beside me.

"Sorry for disturbing you but our teacher is here" Minghao said. I scratched my eyes and sit properly.

"It's ok" i said and smiled shortly.

The teacher started explaining the lesson. I can feel Minghao's gaze resting on my figure and it's making feel a little uncomfortable.

"Uh... Lacey?" he said whispering. I turned to him with a confused look. "I'm sorry for what happened yesterday i didn't mean it..." he mumbled.

"oh that? It's ok, i understand that... you... Don't like me" I smiled to hide the pain.

"No i-i don't hate you it's just... something..." He said and lowered his head.

"I told you it's ok" i said and fake smiled at him.

"Thanks for forgiving me" he smiled and poke my right cheeks. Butterflies on my stomach again and I hated it.

Minghao P.O.V.

I really didn't mean to say that i don't like her to sit with me actually, i really love it if she will sit with me. It's just i really... don't want her to sit with me if I'm with my friends especially Hoshi hyung. I don't want her to get closer to him, it's really bothering me because Hoshi hyung is hiding something from her. Something that he shouldn't feel for her.

Lacey P.O.V.

[Time skip lunch time]

I was about to leave my classroom when i saw Minghao.

"Hey, Lacey come on join us for lunch" he said.

"oh I..."

"What? I can't understand you. Let's go" then he pulled me to their table. He sits down and he pat the seat beside him signaling me to sit.

I suddenly felt confused. Yesterday he doesn't want to sit with me, but today he's the one who pulled me with him.

"I'll buy food, first" i said

"I'll come with you" Minghao said and i just slowly nodded. When we got our foods we sat again and ate our foods. Suddenly Jun spoke up and ask me something.

"So lacey, how old are you?"

"Y-you know my name?"

"of course, someone told us, right Minghao?" He said and nudge Minghao's side. "So how old are you?"

"19" i said. Hoshi choke on his food. "Are you ok?" I said and he just nod. "Why? Is there wrong with my age?" I asked because all of them turned to me.
