CHAPTER 16- I'm Sorry

Lacey P.O.V.

Today is our last day here. I actually don't want to go home anymore, this feels more like home.

I am currently sitting on the couch watching TV as I wait for the bus to finally come. I'm all prepared to go home, all I'm waiting is the ride we will use.

I suddenly felt hungry and looked at my things if I have some spare snack and I saw a bag of chips. Before I could open the bag someone suddenly poked the top of my head. I throw back my head and flinch after meeting a familiar eyes staring closer to me.

I looked up on him while he looked down me.

"can I help you?" I said to Winwin.

"I've got us some souvenir" he said as I sit straight.

"what?"

"take a guess,"

"i have no patient for guessing" I said.

"well you have to"

"uh... Sea shells and fish bones?" I said sarcastically.

"whatever you don't take it seriously," I thought he's gonna walk away but he showed his hand which is hiding on his back earlier.

My eyes sparkled as I saw the big stuffed thingy on his hand. He shoved the bear on my face and let go of it, but I quickly caught it.

"where did you got this?" I said and looked at him with wide eyes.

It's panda from we bare bears! Even tho ice bear is my favorite one this one I have right now is so cute.

"downstairs, they sell it"

"is this mine now??" I hugged the bear and look at him with a pleading eyes.

"no, that's mine" he said and stole the bear from my grasp. My lips automatically pout when the stuffed bear is not in my hands anymore. "I'm just teasing you"

"tsk, meanie.." I sulk and looked back at the TV.

I almost jump again when I felt something touched my cheeks. Winwin pulled my cheeks to look at him.

"don't you ever sulk in front of me" he tightened his pinch.

"ow...." and signalling him to stop pinching my cheeks already. He let go of my cheeks as I massage it. He shove the bear on my face again. "take that sulky Lacey"

"I can have this?" I said and stole the bear.

"yeah, I'm scared that you might cry"

"you're really are a jerk, but a kind jerk" I said and now I'm the one pinching his cheek. "thank you so much jerk!~" I said and tighten the pinch more.

"ouch stop~" I let go of his and glared at him teasingly.

"now you know the feeling!"

"ugh... Get a room you two!" we both turn our heads and saw Lisa with a sly smile.

We three turned our head on the door as it suddenly opened. We saw Kyulkyung and I suddenly felt a presence on the door of the terrace. I looked at it and got surprised to see Minghao.

How come I didn't noticed him? When is he standing there?

"that's cute!" Kyulkyung said and walk closer to me squish the bear I'm holding.

"where did you got that Lacey?" Lisa asked.

"I don't know, Winwin gave it to me." I said and turn to Winwin.

"they're selling it downstairs." Winwin said. Kyulkyung turn her back on me and turn to Minghao place.

She ran towards him and jump up and down.

"can you buy me that too?? Please~" she said and Minghao nodded.

We tailed them with our gazes as they walk out of the door.

"I wonder why is she like that" Lisa said and looked back at us. "anyway, I'm gonna prepare my things already, just tell me if the bus is already here. Bye lovebirds~" she waved and ran to our room.

I decided to watch the TV again and Winwin insist on joining. After a few episodes, my eyes felt heavy. I tried keeping awake but, I failed.

My eyes shot open when I heard a loud shout. I yawned and looked at the man beside me he was also sleeping. I looked around me and saw Jungwoo and Hoshi sitting on the floor, busy playing with their phones.

I stretched my arms and stood up,

"who shouted?" I said.

"oh you're awake, sorry if I wake you up" Hoshi said but his eyes never left his phone.

"nah it's fine" I waved my hand dismissively. "anyway, when will the bus arrive?"

"the teacher said 3 pm" Jungwoo answered but just like Hoshi, he didn't look at me.

I looked at my watch and check the time. It's already 1:30 pm, half and hour to go.

The three of us turned our heads in sync as we heard the door opened. The two quickly look back on their phones and continue their game. Minghao's gaze met mine, but I broke it as something caught my eyes. I don't know if my eyes is sparkling or shining, I don't care! my eyes stayed on that stuffed bear that Minghao holding.

It was the stuffed ICE BEAR!!! I want that!

"thank you for this Hao!" she said as he hugged the grizzly bear on her hand. Minghao nodded with a smile.

God I need that bear.

The bus finally arrived, we all packed our bags on the bus again and sit on our places before.

I put on my earphones but someone pulled the left one, and that someone was my seat mate.

"borrow"

"okay"

The bus started moving, everyone is surprisingly quiet and that suddenly made me think of something.

"hey Win, what is the stuffed bear for again?" I asked. He turned his head on me mess my hair to cover my face.

"you'll know.."

Minghao P.O.V.

I sighed after realizing that I made Lacey mad at me. She said last night that she was hurt because I lied to her about courting Kyulkyung but she never gave me a chance to explain.

My gaze landed on her figure, I sighed once again not seeing her smile.
