Try-out

It's already 2 in the morning, but Y/N is still awake, you are nervous and excited for your soccer try-out later

You really want to ace the try-out so that you can join your School's soccer team

"I hope, I can join the soccer team, please make me do well in the try-out" You said as you closed your eyes

You decided to sleep so that you will not feel tired on your try-out

You woke up early in the morning to get ready

You took a bath then wore your soccer uniform

You are nervous and excited, this is your second try-out

You made it to the first one which is the unofficial team,

This try-out will be the official, so you are really nervous and scared

You peeked at Jungkook's room and saw that he is still asleep, you closed the door carefully, making sure not to wake him up

You went downstairs and saw your Mom cooking breakfast

"Goodmorning, Mom" You greeted her as you sat down on your seat

"Goodmorning, Y/N-ie" She greeted back as she placed the scrambled egg and bacons on your plate

You mumbled a thank you as you took a bite

"Are you nervous?" Your Mom said

You nodded, "I wish Jungkook can come" You said as you took another bite

"I will," Someone said, you looked at the person who spoke

It's Jungkook

"You will? Really?" You said as you smiled brightly

Jungkook nodded as he sat down on his seat

"I'm excited," You said as you smiled

"Eat faster or else we'll be late" Your Mom said as you both nodded

"We're here, Y/N-ah" Mrs. Jeon said as she turned off the car engine

All of you got down on the car,

You arrived at the school entrance but the guard stopped you

"Goodluck, Y/N-ah" The guard said as he ruffled your hair

Well, you became friends with the guard because you always stay with him while waiting for Jungkook

You thanked him, you were about to enter the field but another guard stopped you

"Name?" He asked

"Jeon Y/N" You answered

The guard looked at you from head to toe, he looked at Jungkook and your Mom,

"Guardians are not allowed," He said

You widened your eyes, they both nodded

Jungkook ruffed your hair while saying goodluck, they waved goodbye as you entered the field

You sat down on the benches beside your friends, Yuri

"Are you nervous?" he asked

You nodded, "I stayed up late because I can't sleep, it's because of the nervousness I think" You answered

"Do you think I can do it?" he asked

"Of course, we made it to the unofficial team, we just need to play like how we normally play, but with more focus and determination" You answered while smiling

He thanked you, the team captain explained the rules, which we obviously know,

We got teamed up and luckily, you and Yuri are on the same team

The game ended with a score of 10-7.

"Nice game!"

"That's great!"

You and Yuri sat down in the bench, drenched in sweat. You both drank water, finishing it in one gulp

They let you rest for some minutes before announcing who got qualified

"Players, please gather in the center, I'm now gonna announce the names of those who can join the official team" The team captain said

All the players sat at the center of the field,

"If I called your name, please stand here beside me" He continued

"There are 10 who got qualified,"

"Lee Minji"

"Kim Jeongwu"

"Park Minjun"

"Bae Chaehyeon"

"Han Raewook"

"Kim Yuri"

"Park Seungri"

"Jeon Y/N"

"Song Jihye"

"Kim Jihoon"

"Congratulations! You are now a part of the School's official soccer team!"

The crowd clapped as all of you did a group hug while exchanging Congratulations to each other

"We did it Yuri!" You said as both of you hugged

You kept talking until you both saw your parents

You both waved goodbye to each other

You entered the car and the look in your Mom's eyes and Jungkook's eyes asked you that how did it go?

"Well, I've did it!" You cheered

"We need to celebrate!" Jungkook said

"Let's go to (Favorite Restaurant)!" You said

"Let's go!" You and Jungkook said as your Mom chuckled at the both of you
