A/N- So guys, I'm so sorry about the slow update. I just started school last week so I've been quite busy, but I'm sure that my schedule will go back to normal here soon.

First off, I just want to thank EVERYONE for reading this far in my story. I never thought I would get this much feedback when I started writing. I love to here your guises comments on what you guys think, so please comment!:) I want to continue my Green Day fanfic too, but please let me know if you guys like that one too. I also have an idea for a Frank love story, so I've got a lot in mind. But most of all, just please comment about what you like and don't like - but mostly what you like:)

This chapter has sort of a lot of stuff going on, so I hope you don't get confused. This chapter is a little short, but I decided I'd rather give you a well-thought-out, shorter chapter, than a long, rushed one. But the next chapter will be up soon, since this time I know what's going on.

I really hope you like this story so far!:)

•Elise's POV•

"Oh shoot!" one of the jocks yelled. He motioned to his other stunned friends.

"Let's get out of here," another one whispered to the one who had punched Gerard. They all ran off before I could see where they headed.

Actually, I couldn't see anything. Everything was a blur.

I threw myself down to where Gerard was sprawled. I was now completely crying.

I looked at Gerard's forehead which had a large gash across it. That was the source of the blood.

"Gee?" I whispered.

No answer.

"Gerard?!" I said a little louder this time.

He was unconscious. He wasn't responding.

"Oh Gerard!" I pulled the upper half of his body up towards my, ever so slowly. I let his head rest on my chest.

I began to dab the wound on his head with the bottom of my shirt (it was just a boring, black tshirt) as I softly cried into his hair.

I whipped my head around when I heard a car pulling into our driveway. It was my mom.

She appeared out from the drivers seat but dropped the food she had gotten for us when she saw me and Gerard.

"What happened!?!" she shrieked when she saw the blood in my hands and on Gerard's head.

"Um, he fell and hit the sprinkler?" I almost asked myself. I didn't want to tell her about the other kids because if she found out, she would call the school and get them busted. Which would result to more bullying.

"We have to get him to the hospital before he loses anymore blood! Elise, go get a towel and get the other boys to come immediately!" she said as she took my place underneath Gerard.

"But-" I didn't want to leave Gerard.

"Go! I've got Gerard, just please get Mikey, Frank, Ray, and Josh, PLEASE?"

I ran towards the front door, but without loosing sight of the unconscious Gee. I lost glance with his body when I stepped in the house.

Just as I turned around, I saw something that made things much worse. MUCH worse.

I screamed at the top of my lungs as I watched Josh punch small Mikey in the stomach. I watched in horror as the other Way brother went down.

My brain momentarily fuzzed up as I watched little Mikey spit up blood onto the carpet.

My head exploded.

"YOU MONSTER!!" I screamed as high as I could as I rushed up to Josh. The ogre.

"YOU ARE THE WORST HUMAN THAT HAS EVER WALKED THIS PLANET. SINCE WHEN IS IT OKAY TO HIT SOMEONE YOUNGER THAN YOU? I HATE YOU, AND SO DOES EVERYONE ELSE THAT IS SANE ON THE EARTH. I HOPE YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE!!" I yelled in his face. I almost punched him again, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. He almost looked sorry, but I really don't care at the moment. Or ever.

"Mikey!" I ran over to the smaller Way brother, who was knelt over. He had stopped throwing up blood now, but I could still tell that he was having a hard time breathing.

I gingerly picked him up and cradled him in my arms. He was much smaller than all of us - other than Frank.

Frank and Ray came running in from the music room with looks of concern.

"What happened?" Ray asked. They obviously heard my screaming at stupid Josh.

"No time to explain," I looked out the window and saw Gerard. "Frank, go grab a wet towel from the kitchen. Ray, go help my mom with Gerard".

They both looked completely confused, but neither of them hesitated. Mikey looked up at me. He was so weak.

"Elise, where's Gerard?" he whispered.

I brushed his messy hair, which had fallen out of his beanie when he was on the floor. "Gerard is hurt too. We are going to the hospital. Don't worry. Everything will be okay... I hope" I whispered the 'I hope' part to myself.

I looked over to where Mr. Monster was standing.

"And you. Josh, you have to come with us, but I dot want you saying anything to anyone. Don't get in anyone's way. You've already caused enough of a problem".

We all rushed to the car, where my mon was already sitting in. The engine was pounding like the speed of my current heartbeat. Loud and fast.

I climbed in the back where Gerard was laying peacefully, and I got underneath his head. The others shoved in the front, not bothering to put seatbelts on. Ray sat in the front next to my mom - since he was the closest to the family.

I once again dapped Gerard's forehead and stared at his silent expression. He was still out.

Frank helped Mikey out. Even though he was still conscious, he was extremely weak.

Dab.

Wipe.

Dab.

I stared at the fallen McDonald's boxes on the driveway as we pulled out and sped away to the hospital.
