Peace filled the taxi as it took them to their destination, the radio playing some random pop station softly in the background. No one spoke as Jimin stared out the window, watching the city and it's people go by. He smiled to himself when he felt the smoothness of Yoongi's palm slide against his own and theirs fingers lock together. He had no idea what his prince was planning, but he really didn't care. All he was looking for was spending time alone with the man he adored.

His eyes lost focus of the scenery as his thoughts turned inward. Jimin didn't worry if things were moving too fast between the two. They've known each other for almost ten years and didn't have to go through the whole "getting to know you" stage. He could focus on what belonging to Yoongi meant and all it encompassed.

He knew that this weekend, the couple were going to cross a threshold in their relationship. From which, there would be no turning back. He didn't want to, even if he could. Never again would they be just friends or "brothers". He was irrevocably in love with Min Yoongi. He was ready for this next step. Nervous, anxious, and a little afraid, but ready.

Ugh, he felt like a virgin bride on her wedding night. Would he like it? Just how much was it going to hurt? He was terrified that he would somehow disappoint Yoongi. Damn it, all this overthinking wasn't helping. He released an inaudible sigh and focused back on the sights outside his window.

Meanwhile, on opposite side of the passenger seat, Yoongi was having his own internal crisis. He worried if Jimin would like what he planned.  Worried if he could live up to the expectations of the gorgeous man next to him. Worried if Jimin was ready. He knew it would be Jimin's first time and wouldn't force his angel into anything if he wasn't. He was fine with that. Either way, he was prepared and would leave the decision to Jimin. Normally, he had all the confidence in the world, but not today. Today, he was nervous as fuck. He needed to stop obsessing. So, he pulled his phone out for a distraction.

He opened the lock screen to see an email from the hotel. It was a confirmation of his reservation and the schedule for the package he picked. Dinner would be at six-thirty in the Garden Atrium and while they enjoyed their meal, the staff would set everything up in their room. He thought about what the package included and internally chuckled. And Jimin thought he wouldn't be romanced. He was going to give the dancer romance, even if he had to cram it into one night to do so.

"Hyung, why are we leaving the city?"

Jimin's question forced his eyes to the window. He saw how the landscape was becoming less and less cluttered with buildings and people.

"Our hotel is just outside of the city. We should be there soon."

"I'm excited to see what you've planned!" Jimin exclaimed, bouncing with exuberance.

"Sir, we've arrived," The driver suddenly spoke.

"Thank you," he told the driver, "Well Angel, wait no more."

Jimin excitedly scooted closer to Yoongi and leaned over him, nearly pressing his face to the glass. Yoongi laughed as he wrapped an arm around Jimin's waist, his thumb tracing patterns on the small of the mochi's back. He leaned forward and rested his temple on Jimin's shoulder with a small smile, as they both watched their destination come into view.

The low stone fence began shortly after the driver made his announcement. They followed the wall until the car turned into a driveway flanked by large, black wrought iron gates. Jimin straightened up and both boys leaned against the other to gaze through the front windshield. The drive was lined with Japanese maple trees, bursting with color. The burgundy, gold and crimson leaves reached out to the bright blue sky, dappling the long paved entry with late afternoon sun and shadows.
