"I'm single," I casually replied when one of the reporters cornered me. "Last week our divorce was already approved in the U.S., so I'm single... legally." I raised the wine glass then walked away.

It started with one video posted on YouTube claiming that I filed for divorce. Was real, to be honest. But it was a mutual decision between the two of us.

Decade of marriage. Inside ten years, everyone named us the famous couple through our sweetness and maturity; they make us the standard either.

No one predicted that it ended like this. Having a child, being the social couple, a dream modern family. However, a surprise appears. A story of love comes to an end.

No third party, no violence, no issues as not a good husband nor father. A good married yet falling out of love keeps introducing you even if you're married and secured.

"Where have you been? The party is going to start."

A loud sound of music greeted me when I pushed the door and entered the event that Irene was hosting for me.

"I just spilled the tea." Her face curved, not a typical surprise reaction but kinda proud instead. "Rumor has been finished, let's make another one tonight."

Iniwan ko ang glass sa table then I make myself belong to the other ladies dancing when a dj starts the beat.

"Bang!"

Hawak kamay kaming sumasayaw ni Irene while dinadama ang music.

We kept dancing while Irene pulled a guy then pushed onto me then I rewarded him kissed.

"Issue making..."

The music vibe the situation.

"The Ella Effects." Jcee held me his phone just showing what's going on. "I am trending. Wow! Thanks for your effect."

Tinulak ko palayo ang kamay niya. Instead, I poured his glass with the champagne I'm drinking right after he entered at my house.

"I'm sick of hiding the truth." I told him. "Seems you didn't like it, parehas nating gusto ito 'di ba?" Kinuha ko ang huling piraso ng pizza after I saw his hands going to take my pizza.

"We do, but you didn't consult me."

I cutted the pizza in to two pieces and gave him the other half.

"No need, tutal ayaw mo naman ng drama, like, having a presscon then broadcast it on national TV."

"But I want spotlight." I almost mabilaukan. "I've been in your shadow for ten years. Why not creating my own fame now." Halos pabulong na siya para kunwari hindi ko marinig.

Nilunok ko muna ang pizza bago gumawa ng ingay through clapping. It surprised me hearing him talking attention.

"Jcee really changed."

"Example dating guys? Really?"

He took it seriously.

"Lmao, you never changed that attitude." I rolled my eyes. "But having the attention you will never have privacy. No secret will hide cause what the spotlight is. So, paano kayo ni Marx? Paano ang date niyo if you already gain your own fame?"
