Chapter 6

"Sorry I'm just not very good with violence" he said and Logan looked at me and I shrugged my shoulders snd the elevator opened and Charles turned around to see Erik and peter and a guard who was duck taped to the wall

"Charles" Erik said amazed that he was here and then Charles punched him and I smacked my hand over my face

"Oh god here we go" I muttered but Logan heard me and turned to me and gave me a reassuring smile and I gave a small one back and Charles held his fist and Erik held his jaw

"Good to see you too old friend" Erik said sarcastically

"And walking" he observed and I looked at him

"No thanks to you" he said and then Erik saw me

"Lydia" he called out and hugged me and I lightly hugged back, surprised that he was so happy to see me

"You're the last people I expected to see today" Erik said and I looked at him and Charles shook his head

"Believe me I wouldn't be here if I didn't have to. If we get you out of here, we do it my way, no killing" Charles said

"No helmet, I could disobey you even if I wanted" he said and I looked down but didn't let anything on I just rubbed some mud off my shoe while silently screaming inside that this is not happening

"I'm never getting inside if that head again, I need your word Erik" he said and and Erik nodded and we began to walk out into the kitchen when the door opened and officers walked in and Charles moved me protectively behind him and Erik even though he couldn't do anything to save me

"Charles" Erik said, expecting him to freeze them but Charles shook his head

"Freeze them Charles" Erik said and I sighed

"I can't" Charles said and then Erik realised why and started to shave the metal around us and Charles shouted

"No" cause Erik was disobeying him but the policemen shot at us but it hit the wall but one skimmed my leg and caused a cut but all the police offers were knocked out by peter with his speed and I looked at him and we all walked out and I looked at him

"Thank you peter" I said kindly and he smiled at me

Later on we were at the jet and was saying goodbye to peter

"Peter Thank you very very much you take care now" Charles said and I nodded at him in a thanks while Charles shook his hand

"Hey I read your destination in the cock put why are you going to Paris?" He questioned an me, Charles and hank looked each other and smirked then chucked the keys to peter

"Do me a favour and return it for me?" He asked peter and he nodded

"Okay" he said as he hugged Amelia and tommy as those three got closer within the past few hours and it made me smile  and tommy and Amelia went into the plane and it was only me left on the steps

"And peter?" I called out and he looked at me

"Take it slow" I warned him and he smiled at me and I walked into the plane and you could cut the tension with a knife, it was so bad and I could tell tommy and Amelia felt very awkward as they wasn't 100% sure on who he was so sat across from Logan and leaned forward and he looked at me and leaned forward

"Amelia and peter end up together don't they?" I asked him and he nodded and I smiled a little but there was 10 years between them but I knew they would work around it in the future so I didn't dwell on it

"Where did they dig you up" Erik asked Logan

"Your going to find this hard to believe but you sent me, you and Charles, from the future" Logan explained and then Erik looked at him as if he was mad.

We were through our flight and tommy and Amelia were asleep. They were getting a bit more comfortable around Erik and he found out who they were and thought they were adorable. I still sat opposite Logan and I was nearly falling asleep but I woke up every time before I could snd I noticed that Charles was looking intently at Erik and wouldn't take his eyes off him unless it was to either check on me or the kids

"How did you loose them?" Erik asked Charles all of a sudden and I woke up a bit more due to this

"The treatment for my spine affects my DNA" he said simply and then Erik looked at him

"You sacrificed your powers so that you could walk?" Erik asked him like he had made a stupid decision

"I sacrificed my powers so that Lydia and I could sleep peacefully at night and when Lydia was pregnant she needed as much rest as possible" he defended himself and Erik looked at me and I raised up my hands as if to say I didn't do anything

"Like you'd know about it" Charles added on, making Erik turn towards him

"I've lost my fair share" Erik argued to him

"Ha, dry your eyes Erik it's doesn't justify what you've done" Charles said sarcastically and the kids started to wake up at them arguing so I got up and went over to them

"You have no idea what I've done" Erik defended himself, his eyes still trained on Charles'

"I know you took the things that mean the most to me" Charles said and I looked at him hurt and so did the kids and told them to go sit up at the cock pit with hank and they nodded who,e tommy angrily wiped his tears away and Amelia just let them flow and that did put go un noticed by Charles

"Well maybe you should have fought harder for them" Erik said back, not backing down to Charles' anger

"If you want a fight Erik I will give you a fight" Charles shouted and got up while Logan finally got involved and so did I

"Sit down" Logan told them but they ignored him and I got in between them so they couldn't physically hurt each other but Charles pushed me onto the chair where I hit my head and I hissed and he grabbed Erik

"you abandoned me" he shouted at him

"You took her away and you abandoned me" he said and Logan looked at me and I just glared at Charles and Erik for acting more like 6 year olds then tommy and Amelia where and I stayed where I was for a moment to listen to them and would get involved if it got too much
