CHAPTER III - part 1

╰（￣▽￣）╭ 3rd Person POV ╰（￣▽￣）╭

As Hiroto and Ayumi arrived in front of Ayumi's house, someone was sitting in front of the gate. They went nearer and checked who it was. It was Riku.

"Riku?", Ayumi called.

Riku seemed to have fallen asleep while waiting. He looks up and saw her with a guy he doesn't know. His eyes twitched, but tried to be as composed as possible.

"Y-yo! Can I talk to you?", Riku looked at Hiroto then back at Ayumi, "Alone."

Hiroto already sensed that he had to leave and so he bid good bye. "Then, I'll head home first. See you tomorrow.", he smiled.

"Ah. I'm sorry for taking me home. And thank you, Kazeki senpai.", Ayumi blushed a bit, Hiroto smiled back at her. After he turned around, Ayumi giggled a bit.

"Who was that?", Riku asked.

"A senpai.", Ayumi couldn't really look staright in his eyes. After that conflict, how can she look at him. Riku looked at her, pretty dissatisfied.

"You see. I'm sorry for what happened before... I was overreacting... and that was so uncool...", he scratched his non itchy head and looked above the starry sky.

"No. Me too. Sorry.", Ayumi said sorry but still didn't dare to look at him.

"Hey come on. Let's forget about it ok? And bro is waiting for you. He told me to pick you up so we can eat dinner together.", Riku wrapped his arm around her neck and sounds so excited. Ayumi just nodded.

Riku just lives next door. He unlocks the door and a delicious smell welcomes them. The smell of curry. Ayumi looked much more enlightened.

"A~yumi-chan~~~!♥", some guy came running with open arms towards her. "Nii-san!", Riku stopped him with his hand though. His brother's face matched perfectly with his palm. "You disgraceful little brother!", he locked his head and threw him away plus giving him a glare.

"Ayumi-chan~", he gave her a big hug.

"Uh. Leon nii-... It's hard to breathe.", Ayumi struggles.

"Ah. Sorry.", Leon promptly let her go. "You've grown so much!", he abruptly kissed her on her cheeks.

"Wha-!", both Riku and Ayumi gasped. Ayumi's face crimsoned.

"Wh-what are you doing nii chan?!", even Riku turned red.

"Oops. Was that your first?!", Leon deviously asked.

Ayumi just collapsed on the floor and couldn't even speak a word.

"Sorry~ I know I can't take your heart 'coz it already belongs to Riku right? So I'll just take your first kiss.", Leon winked and Ayumi turned even more red.

"Nii-san!!!", Riku hit him with a folded magazine wherever he got a hold of it. His face was also as red as tomato and would explode as a volcano in a seconds. "You perverted loli con!"

"What.did.you.say?!", he looked at Riku with a piercing glare and a bleeding head. Just kidding. And they started to brawl. Take 2.

"Hehe.", Ayumi started to giggle, "You two are still as close as before huh.", she smiled gently, which has never been seen before for a number of years.

The two stopped fighting and just stared at the laughing Ayumi. "You're so cute~ ♥", Leon jumped over to Ayumi and rubbed their face like cats and she felt really dizzy and confused and clueless. "Nii-san!!!", Riku tried his best to sperate them, but failed to do so. "Nii-san let go of her! Just let us eat ok?! I'm starving!", he complsined while still trying to make them seperate. "Ah right.", Leon automatically stands up and prepared the dishes. As he finished, they sat down.

"Then Ayumi-chan. Sit here.", he shows her his laps.

"N-no thank you.", she looked really troubled.

"Nii-san!", Riku threw a fork on his brother's head [please don't try this at home], "stop it already geez! Perverted old man!"

"Huh?!", looks like a fight will start again.

"Uhm!", Ayumi easily gained their attention. "Ittadakimasu!", she puts her hands together and starts eating.

The Steiner brothers couldn't help but stare at her as she eats, because happiness overflows on her face.

"I remember when auntie had her small restaurant. I used to love eating there hehe...", tears start to accumulate from her eyes.

"Ayu...", the two brothers looked at her with a very sorry eyes.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry.", she bit her lips to stop her tears but couldn't help it and tears roll down to her cheeks.

"You were lonely, weren't you.", Riku whispered.
