2 hours later
Joe's POV:
Amy and Chloe have left now. Thank god she has them as friends. If she didn't, I don't know what to do. I got a message from our group chat.

Mikey: Hiya you lot anyone got any plans cause I really want to go out for dinner. Anyone fancy?

Jack: Yeah I don't mind mate.

Josh: I might be able to come, I'll check my plans first tho. Just to double check.

Joe: Sorry Mikey, I don't think I'll be able to come.

Mikey: Aw. Why?

Joe: I need to look after Dianne. She's very suicidal at the moment.

Jack: Ok sorry for asking Joe.

Joe: It's alright. I think we just need to get the awareness of suicide out there.

Josh: I can come.

Mikey: Ok anyway we will meet at the restaurant round the corner from my house. Bye 👋

Jack: Bye dickheads.

Josh: Uhh! Excuse me!

Joe: Bye 😄

While I was texting I was sitting on the sofa and Dianne was upstairs. I started to worry because I haven't heard a peep from her for about 45 minutes now. I went upstairs and saw Dianne laying on the bed asleep. I didn't think much of it but then I looked down on the bed and saw blood. I grabbed a towel and wrapped it round her arm tight. I started to cry. I knew she would do it again. Even if she did promise me. I think it's time to get help. I called a therapy place and they said:

T: Hi, how can I help today?

J: Hi, my girlfriend is very suicidal at the moment and has cut herself multiple times.

T: Ok. Would you like a therapy session to try and help with that?

J: Yes please. When she does have the session, am I allowed to sit there with her because she gets very stressed and anxious very easily.

T: Yes you can.

J: Ok. Can I have this appointment booked for Sunday please?

T: Yes and what time?

J: Can I do 4 in the afternoon please?

T: Yes. Anything else sir?

J: No, that's all thank you.

T: Ok. See you Sunday.

J: See you Sunday. Bye.

T: Bye.

Dianne's POV:
Joe was downstairs and has been for the past 10 minutes. I got up and saw more messages coming through to my phone. I got up and ran to the bathroom. I grabbed the razor and instead of just doing my wrist, I did my whole arm instead. The pain was excruciating but it was all worth it. Once I die, I die. No one will care. I'm probably never going to have a funeral because no one will come. Including Joe. I fell on the bed and fell asleep. I was about to wake up, when I heard the sound of crying next to me. I realised it was Joe. I know he is just faking it for me to wake up. He doesn't want me here, I know it. I heard Joe talking to someone on the phone. It sounded like a therapy place. 'No no no no!!!! I can't go there! I'll have a massive panic attack.' I thought. Joe went back downstairs and I remembered, 'we have diet pills in the cupboard. I'm going to grab them and run away.' I packed my clothes and my phone and stuffed them in my backpack. When Joe went to the toilet, I ran downstairs and grabbed the diet pills, the phone charger and a little bit of food. I found a bit of paper and a pen and wrote,

Sorry Joe. I'm going away. I love you. Remember that please. I might not return back to this house ever again.

I put it on the sofa where he was sitting. He came out the toilet and saw me. "What are you do—" "Love you. Bye" I ran out the door and heard the slam.

Joe's POV:
I went back downstairs and went to the toilet. I heard Dianne running down the stairs, I didn't know what she was doing. I heard cupboards opening and slamming shut. I heard her walking towards the door, so I came out of the bathroom. "What are you do—" she cut me off and said "I love you, bye." I got really worried and realised there was a note on the sofa where I was sitting. I read it and started balling out with tears. It hit me real hard. 'SHE'S GOING TO KILL HERSELF' my head screamed. I ran out of the door and ran down the stairs as fast as I could to try and catch up with her. I saw some police near me, so I ran to them for help.

J: Please help!

P: What's the problem sir?

J: My girlfriend has just ran out of the house and said she might not return again! She's really suicidal at the moment.

P: Ok sir. Would you like to get in our car and look for her.

J: Yes please! I need to find her!
