The secrets of Joanne

Surprises

Crystal was looking out the car window, smiling that she was back. 

"There we go. Have a good evening." 

"Do we owe you? You really didn't need to do this for us." 

"It's absolutely fine. Just wanted to make sure you got home safe." 

"Aw, thank you. You have a good night too." 

Joe, Dianne and Crystal left the car and walked towards the apartment entrance. They opened the double doors and walked into the elevator. Dianne pressed level 15 and the doors shut. 

"You alright Crystal? We are going to have to have a little chat when we get in ok?" 

"Ok mummy." 

The three of them walked into the apartment and Joe and Crystal went to the sofa together. Dianne put her bags down and walked towards the two. 

"Right, let's have a little talk."

Dianne sat down and put her hands on her thighs. Joe got up and moved Crystal to the middle, with a parent either side.

"What happened Crystal?"

"I was at the park."

"I know that. Where did you go?" 

"I thought I saw you and Daddy so I went to you and when I got there it was too far away and I didn't know where I was. Then someone asked me if I was okay and I said I'm lost. They took me to their house to look after me."

"They took you to their house?"

"Yes."

"Ok Crystal. How about you go to the bathroom and have a bath with daddy okay?" 

"Okay. Come on then Daddy!"

Crystal jumped up and grabbed Joe's hand. She tugged onto him until he got up. They went to the bathroom and started to run the bath. Meanwhile, Dianne opened her Instagram and went to her story.

"Hi everyone, I just came to update you on the situation. Crystal has been found and she has been home with us. So, if you listening to this and you are the person who brought her into the station, I wanted to say a massive thank you. Thank you all for helping through this tough situation." 

Dianne posted it to her story and after a couple minutes the messages started to pour in.

So happy for you babes! Glad she's home. If you want the day off tomorrow , just ask and I'm sure they'll let you. 

I'm still gonna come in, I'm just going to make sure that Crystal is safe with Joe. :)
