A psychotic laugh could be heard "good job, Harley" Joker said before pecking her on the cheek, then he walked over to y/n's collapsed body on the grass " so she's the girl that was hit by lightning? and you heard her say she knows who the hood is but you didn't catch the name?" yes, sir!" Harley said in her usual peppy voice while leaning on her bat, very pleased with herself "well let's get her back to the lair, Daddy has some interrogating to do" Joker said with an evil grin. Harley tied y/n's hand's and feet then Joker threw her limp body over his shoulder and made his way to their getaway car. The roar of the stolen vehicle's engine as it sped off to a little warehouse, aka the Joker's lair. For the time being.

~Meanwhile, back at the school~  

Jason walked out to him and y/n's table "y/n?" he said when he noticed that she wasn't at the table, but no answer. "y/n!?" he said again with a little more concern in his voice, as he looked around for y/n but still, no answer. When he finally got to the table he dropped the baggie with her surprise, which was a freshly baked cookie, her favorite kind too, when he found her backpack and her phone in the grass. He kept mumbling "no" as he kept looking for her but finding nothing. He packed up y/n's things then dashed back inside the school, eyes blown with worry, fear, and anger

He scanned the halls for either one of his brothers or just someone who could help, he just needed to get out of school, pronto. Thoughts of what could have happened ran through his head, scenarios, her captors, anything and everything, especially bad things. Jason passed Roy, but in his state, he didn't notice him but Roy did "Jay!" he called out, moving through the crowd of teenagers as he went to catch up to him. When he finally did, Jason still didn't notice Roy, even though he was right next to him "yo, earth to Jason!" he said snapping his fingers in front of him, which finally caught Jason's attention 

"she-she's.... she's gone..I-I can't find her" Jason kept rambling on about not being able to find her as Roy tried to decipher what he meant "you can't find who, Jay?" he asked "you need to take a breath" no, I need to find y/n, she's gone" Jason said. Roy could see the worry and anger all over his expression, ever since the accelerator he's always been protective of her. "what do you mean you can't find her? were at school, you know her, she's probably in the library studying or something" Roy said trying to calm Jason down, but it only made things worse "no! this is her stuff!" Jason said showing Roy y/n's backpack and phone "I was meeting her at the picnic table but when I got there she wasn't there and her stuff was just sitting there. that's NOT like her, she never just leaves her stuff lying around" 

Jason knows full well that y/n can take care of herself but he's blinded by the fact that he CAN'T lose her, she's the only thing keeping him sane and happy. "I need to get to the cave, I have to find her" Jason stated as he started walking again "agreed, but you'll need help, I'll go find Tim, you go find Dick and we'll meet in the parking lot then we'll find her," Roy said. Jason reluctantly agreed, he didn't like it that it was going to take longer to get the cave but he knew he would need help, he can't look around the entire city by himself. Roy went and found Tim and Jason went and found Dick, both explaining the situation as the made their way to the parking lot.

When they got to the parking lot Dick already had Bruce on the phone to get his opinion on things. "yeah....mmhm......no we don't need him-...yeah, yeah I know she's technically his sidekick but-.....  *sigh* yeah......you know he's not going to like this, right?... yeah, ok, by" with that Dick hung up the phone with a sigh "so? what does Bats think we need to do?" Jason asked already heading to his motorcycle "Jay wait" Dick said, making Jason freeze in his tracks "Bruce doesn't want us involved in the search, he thinks you'll get emotional and compromise the mission" but he can't look for her himself! he needs help" yeah, he knows that, so he's calling in Flash since she's technically his sidekick" Dick finished, you could see the anger all over Jason's face, he wasn't having it "I can't just let Bruce handle this, I should have protected her! I should have been there with her!" Jason said making his way back to his bike grabbing his helmet
