Right after i said those words, i heard an amazed gasp made bye my mother and an angry loud hiss from Mittens. "What?!" she yelled, and at that same time a "Really?" my mother said softly, with joyful tears in her eyes. I nodded "yes mother, you can join our family." when i said those words, i wished i could take them back. i felt Mittens glare burn through my fur, I looked at her, but that just made it worse, she was super angry, her ears where lain flat against her head, her white fangs where showing, her eyes where just narrow slits, and she was also hissing. if i didn't know better, then i would of thought she would pounce at any second, ready to tear my throat out. i shuddered at the thought.
Mittens motioned me over again with a flick of her tail, i slowly and carefully made my way over there, making no sudden movements, just in case she really did try to pounce. "What where you thinking?!" she exploded, when i came over, but it was a quiet explosion, she wasn't raising her voice because of my mother. " Why are you saying she can join our family, without my permission, i didn't agree to this!!!" she continued angrily. Mittens started pacing in front of me. "i want you to take it back, right now!" this, i could tell, was not a request, but i stood up to her. "i can't take it back! she's my Mother!" i said. Mittens got even more angry. "i don't get how your so forgiving Stripes!! she ripped you from her life, and Abandoned you, now she came back and you just EXCEPTED HER AND ASKED HER TO COME BACK INTO YOUR LIFE AGAIN, SO SHE COULD DO THE SAME THING ALL OVER AGAIN!!!!!!" Mittens was really yelling now, not mindful of my mother just outside that door.
then i saw her sad face, poke through the hole in the door, tears rimmed her green eyes. "mother.." i said. but her face disappeared again.
i glared at Mittens angrily, "HOW COULD YOU! SHE NEVER DID ANYTHING TO YOU! SHE IS THE ONLY BIRTH FAMILY I HAVE LEFT, NOT KNOWING IF ANYONE IN MY FAMILY WAS STILL ALIVE, UNTIL THIS MORNING, AND YOU JUST HAD TO SCARE HER OFF!!!" i yelled. tears of hurt and fear sparkled in her eyes, but i didn't care. with that said, i stomped off to find my mother.

chapter 12 is done! sorry if its a bit of a shorter chapter, the next one will be longer. anyway, whats up with all of the conflict Stripes mother is causing? whats wrong with Mittens? why is she so angry all of a sudden? well, i cant tell you... right now.
