"i-i thing Mittens is..Missing..."
"Missing?! b-but we have to find her, without her i can't join your family, and she's the love of your life Stripes! we have to find her!" my mother said determinedly, i nodded my head in agreement. we do have to find her, if its the last thing i do, i will find her!
all day we looked all around the farm, but we couldn't find her. i visited all of her favorite spots many times but she just wasn't there, it was no use. suddenly mom called me over to the back of the farm, "what is it? did you find her?" mother nodded, and motioned to the forest. i sniffed the air, and caught a trace of Mittens! and some other creatures...
we walked off into the forest, leaving the safety of the farm...

Mittens p.o.v.

Stripes walked into his den with his ears lain flat against his head, when i was sure he was sleeping i walked outside of the barn and enjoyed the beautiful moon touched night. it was just so peaceful out here, it helped me calm down of all of the conflict that happened today. i walked around the farm twice, but on the second time, when i neared the forest, i felt eyes watching me. i shook off the feeling and continued on my walk. but right when i was about to leave a creature like i never seen before jumped out, it was a reddish gray color and had golden yellow eyes, it wasn't much bigger than me..only four or five times my size, i could take him... right? "what are you?!" i hissed, my lower lip trembling in fear, but i didn't show it. he howled in laughter, but it sounded like a scream. i covered my ears in pain.
"what is this little kitty cat doing alone out here?" he said, it sounded more like screams, ear-splitting screams.
"just taking a little stroll, and what is a filthy, ugly creature like you doing here? if i where you i'd be to embarrassed to even show myself." i said, smirking.
"huh, your a little brave one aren't you. your talking to the greatest creature who rules the forest."
"and what might that be? i seemed to have forgotten." i said.
"i'm the coyote named Djinni, only the greatest coyote who ever lived!" he said, exaggerating the only a little bit.
"sure..the most amazing coyote in the entire universe." i rolled my eyes,and i couldn't help the sarcasm. but he didn't seem to notice my sarcasticniss because he puffed up his chest and said,
"while thank you young cat, what is your name? i seemed to have not asked."
"the names M-...." 'maybe i can change this name into a tougher name.. ' i thought. "er, the names.. Fiercepaw." 'yeah, that sounds like a cool name, i guess..'
"OK Feircepaw, you seem like a cool cat, wanna meet my pack?" he asked. 'it doesn't sound like i have a choice so..' "sure.." i said. "b-but wait, isn't your pack gonna want to eat a cat like me? i mean, i'm not scared or anything, ju-just a little nervous you know? hehe..." i said nervously, hoping he couldn't sense my fear.
"don't worry, i'll tell them your with me." he said. then he lead the way into the forest, with me following closely behind...

another chapter is done! i know, but the name Feircepaw did not come from Warriors. and like i said, this book is mostly based on a true story EXEPT for some stuff i put in there to make it exiting, Mittens p.o.v. is my imagination, but she did go missing for a while... who knows...
