Lieutenant Lynessa Doix

(yes, another one created from a 'character on the spot' game lol)

Being the sole Betazoid on the USS Enterprise is, in a word, exhausting. When people aren't taking her seriously as an engineer because she's a woman, they're pestering her for advice because her telepathy is apparently the answer to all their problems. Lynessa is not only a warp field engineer but a Lieutenant and Assistant Chief Engineer on the Federation's flagship! She not only deserves the respect due to her but demands it! The one person she lets slide when they need an ear to rant to is the Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Leonard McCoy, and that has absolutely nothing to do with her...feelings towards him. No, its professional. Its entirely professional. And it doesn't matter anyway because she'd been genetically bonded to her future husband when she was a child living on Betazed. So the possibility of being in love with a colleague – a human colleague, nonetheless! – was entirely impossible! Utterly preposterous! Laughable even! She won't even entertain the thought! At least, that's what she tells herself as she continues her biweekly meetings with him in his office.

Sonya Lam

Sonya was another human found frozen on the abandoned satellite by Data and Worf. Signing up to be frozen at the exact moment her ovarian cancer claimed her life hadn't been a choice but an order from Senior Airman Lam's CO. If the ambitious company's idea actually worked, it would serve as a tool for the military to keep soldiers alive. If not, she would die anyway. Initially frightened and confused, the blow was softened knowing that she had 10 generations of surviving family. Adjusting to living nearly 400 years in the future isn't easy, but having an android that knows everything about everything - except the intricacies of humanity - for a best friend certainly made it easier. If not a little difficult because her entire life and even her career in the Air Force never prepared her for one bizarre question: what do you do when you fall in love with an emotionless android?

Kateri "Kay" Gessard aka Yvette Renée Picard

This is a recent one, since I started watching Picard. I haven't finished it yet so I don't have much. Just that Yvette ran away from her father, Jean-Luc Picard, and his vineyard in France when she was a teenager. Because she grew up around Starfleet, she learned how to hide her tracks very well. If she didn't want to be found, she wouldn't be. Least of all by her father. I haven't worked out all the details yet, as I haven't finished the show yet, but I do know they were going to be reunited at some point on his journey to find Soji Asha. Most likely, she's part of Rios' crew or she's been with Seven of Nine for the last few years.
