Shrek hired a professional wedding planner, Fabio Style for the wedding. After the wedding was planned and prepared Shrek went out to buy a wedding dress. He even went on the reality show, Say Yes to the Dress and was the most demanding bride since DOnkey had to be pleased. Finally Shrek settled on an onion themed dress that came with a corset. I'm gonna look smexy ;) Shrek thought to himself, finally embracing himself.
Meanwhile Donkey was trying to find a band for the wedding, he finally settled on the Jonas Brothers, their first song as a married couple would be the Jonas Brothers heavy metal cover on Poor Unfortunate Souls and the reception would be at walmart, catered by Mcdonalds. This wedding was going to be perfect. Donkey was arriving home after paying the bills and saw Shrek standing there in a smexy neon yellow dress made by Melania Trump. "You look great babe" said Donkey "Thank you so much!!!!!" thanked Shrek. The two leaned in and started to kiss but donkey managed to control himself, "Wait until the wedding Shreky!" said Donkey. Shrek looked sad but eager for the wedding.
Wedding Day

Shrek and Donkey woke up to the sound of their alarm. "YIPEEEE" screamed the couple, this wedding was long overdue. Donkey gathered his suit, and vows he wrote for Shrek in his hands and went to his mothers house to get ready since he can't see the brides dress.
Once Donkey left, Shrek put on his onion dress, did his makeup and called his bridesmaids. Soon his bridesmaids showed up, the wolf and the three pigs, the priest was Gingy. The gang was ready to go, Shrek was looking radiant as he stepped into his limo. During the limo ride Shrek thought about how long this journey was, all this excitement made him forget to book a honeymoon, Shrek thought about him and Fionas honeymoon and cringed because she just kept farting the whole time like a blithering idiot. The wolf put a hand on Shreks shoulder, "Don't be mad. Be happy. You are a gay icon." said the wolf. Shrek was fortunate to have such good friends. He smiled. They finally arrived.

The ceremony was about to happen, everybody stood up while the onion girl, threw onion skins everywhere, everyone was crying, the reason was not known lol.
Shrek finally walked down the aisle, his veil shimmering as he passed the makeup section. Donkeys eyes were shimmering with tears as his bride walked down the aisle. He was finally happy.
The priest said "You may say your vows", Shrek went first.
"Donkey, you are the love of my life, I promise I will be there through the tough times, keep you safe and try my darn best to make you happy, you are everything to me and I will always love you, no matter what." Said shrek, the audience was crying and so was Donkey. Donkey wanted to kiss Shrek or hug him but he had to wait. Now it was Donkeys turn.
"Shrek, you have changed my life for the better, you make it brighter, you make it more lively, you make me feel safe. I promise to always do the same, be faithful and never leave your side, because you are my life. I love you and always will." said Donkey. Everyone was speechless, it was beautiful!
"You may kiss the bride." said the priest. The two kissed with passion. It was the best day ever.
It was time for the reception, the Jonas Brothers started to do their thing while Donkey and Shrek slow danced, with grace in each step.
Donkey rested his head on Shreks shoulder, this was the beginning of a new life.
A new layer to their hearts.
