Shrek x Donkey- A layer away from my heart.

Chapter 13- The Boss

"I told the Donkey the truth." Gingo spat out.

"What?!" yelled Prince Charming and Fiona at the same time. 
"Relax, I didn't tell him I was like boss, gee." said Gingo, trying to justify his stupidity. 

"But you told him it was us! We could go to prison." said Prince Charming. Gingo shook his head and jumped out of charmings arms. 
"Come on, we have a stop to make." said Gingo.

At Puss' house:

Shrek had been tortured for quite a while but now Puss was gone again. Shrek thought of a plan. When Puss would come back, Shrek would muster up all his strength and roar and him with great power. 

Suddenly, Shrek heard footsteps coming towards him and realized that it was puss, he got ready. The door opened and Shrek was about to open his mouth but he saw all the kids next to Puss and was mad. "Do not involve the kids into this mess." muttered Shrek with disgust on his face. "My amigo, if you are to hurt me, all I have to do is make one simple phone call and these kids will be goners." Shrek gasped. He would have to think of something else. Puss punched Shrek one more time and left with the kids. 

The only thing keeping Shrek going was Donkey, just the thought of Donkey alone in the jail cell makes him sad, the thought of Donkey getting picked on is heartbreaking to him. Shrek, you have to save your  kids and Donkey's, that monster already killed Felicia. Shrek thought to himself. With the sudden burst of motivation Shrek broke free of his chains and quietly got up, not wanting to be found.

Shrek creaked open the door and saw that Puss was going upstairs. "Come on you little brats." said Puss. Shrek was even more mad now. As soon as the coast was clear Shrek headed up the stairs, trying not to make a creak with his thiqq body.

Shrek's heart stopped. He knew Puss heard him and decided to make a run for it.
