Erik's POV
After Christine had said that I looked at her shocked. "Christine?" She looked at me and her eyes widened.

"Erik?" She ran to me and embraced me. "Erik I'm so so sorry if I did anything to upset you! I love you and only you!" She then cried into my shirt. I embraced her tightly. Crazy thoughts ran into my head. Why was she like this? What had just happened? "Do you hate me Erik?" I looked down at her in shock.

"NO of course not! I can never hate you!"

"Then why did you shun me out? I love you and only you. I know you hate me." She leaves my arms and walks to the other side. I just stood there for a second. Looking at her in confusion. I came up quietly behind her.

"I'm so sorry Christine.....I thought this wasn't real. I thought you didn't truly love me."

"Erik I love you with all my heart and soul. I wanted to stay. But you kept shunning me out. I was afraid yes, but I'm not anymore. I love you. And nothings going to change that..... Is my love wasted?"

I looked at her in shock. She wasn't just talking about the past few weeks. But ever since I let her go at the opera house. Oh how can I be so blind? And I'm doing it to her again. I look down then look back up to see her right in front of me. She leans in to kiss me. Deeply. Wrapping her arms around my neck. I slid mine down her waist. I pull her closer and never let her go. After a while she pulls back and looks me deep in the eyes.

"I will never give up on us." She whispers before kissing me again. I closed my eyes and pulled out the ring box. I knew it was the right time. I bakced up and knelt down and opened it.

"Will you marry me?" I simply said. She stares at me emotionless and I think I made a mistake asking her now. "I will never deserve you. And I know you have better options than me. And I love you with all my heart and soul. I will never stop loving you. And-" Suddenly I felt her lips on mine. I didn't realize she was that close. I kiss back willingly.

"Yes...." She simply said and smiled with tears rolling down her cheeks. I wiped them away and slid the ring on her finger. Taking her and lifting her in my arms and kissing her passionalty. Swining her around.

"Well its about time." I heard Nadir say from the doorpost leaning against it. I stopped and Christine threw a nearby pillow and he left. Getting the message. We then closed the door and kissed all night.
