°17- Crazy°

{Kaneki's POV}

I was shocked as my lover's kagune wildly waved around the room. What was wrong? Why was she like this?
Was it because of what the CCG investigator did to her?
I didn't know, but she was screaming and crying whilst covering her red and black blazing Kaguguan.

"Y/n- Chan...!" Nishiki shouted, staring worriedly down at Y/n.
"Just let her calm down first!" I shouted over her screams and cries.
"Let her calm down? Are you insane, Ken!?" Touka screamed, glaring at me and quickly dodging Y/n's out of control kagune.

What should I do...? I thought, biting my lip as Y/n clawed the wall, making scratch marks all down it.
She screamed in agony as tears wildly streamed down her angry and upset face.
What's wrong with her...? I thought, gasping as Y/n's kagune sliced my leg a bit.

Reaching down, I wiped my blood away with my hand.
"Kaneki! What's should we do!?" Touka and Nishiki asked, looking over at me.
"I... Don't know." I admitted, hanging my head low.
I was ashamed of myself.
How did I not know what to do?
Why did I not know?

As my thoughts jumbled up in my head, I saw three figures run downstairs.
I blinked a few times and realized it was Touka, Nishiki and... Y/n.
"Where are you going!?" I shouted, running downstairs with them.
I stopped running whilst I was down the stairs.

Thank god Anteiku was closed today, due to some building work.
"Where is Y/n!?" I asked, looking around.
"She... Ran out!" Nishiki managed to say as Touka leaned on him, both of them catching their breath.

I ran past them and out of the small coffee shop.
Once out, I saw my girlfriend leap onto a rooftop and disappear.
"Y/n- Chan!" I shouted, though it was pointless.
She couldn't hear me.
Where was she going?

I decided not to go after her, because maybe she wanted some time to herself and to calm down.
Turning around, I walked back into Anteiku and hoped that my love would come back soon.

"Where did she go?" Touka asked, looking at me as I closed the door behind me.
"She ran away..." I whispered, looking down at the floor.
"With her kagune out!?" Nishiki asked, obviously shocked.
"Yes, but she jumped onto a rooftop, so she was unseen... I hope." I replied.

"Should we find her?" Touka asked.
"No, leave her. She might come back." I said.
"You don't sound so sure." Nishiki sighed, turning around and walking away.
Touka followed him.

He was right...
I wasn't sure.
I want her to come back.
What was wrong with her?
Why was she like this?
Will she ever come back?

I decided to go back home and rest, all of these negative thoughts were making me feel sick and worried.

Please come back, Y/n. I thought as I walked out of the small coffee shop.
