The Disastrous Blind Date

Hey little sister what are you doing this afternoon?" The phone rang at morning. "Nothing brother CEOs too need to take a break and it a lazy Saturday for me" I said and he only laughed. "Lazy and you?" He asked mocking me.

 "Yes brother quite right Lazy and me." I said sarcastically.

"Dress up in something casual and meet me in the diner the old one since you are back in New York you know what I am talking about" He said.

 "Sure brother I will be there in thirty." I said. I wonder what is he needed to discuss with me.

I skipped towards my room after taking a long shower. God that felt like heaven. I put on a floral knee length white dress with lace trim.

 Along with I pulled on my knee high boots and a cardigan. I was going to enjoy the snow crunching beneath my feet so much.

I walked inside the Cafe and I took bus even when they recognized me as sister of Samuel King I still like the joy of bus rides something I don't want to change for anything. "Hey Sam" I greeted. "Hey harmana there is someone I would like you to meet" He said.

Then he took me to the farthest side of the Diner. "Harmana this is Lucus Hamilton. He is a business associate who will be working closely with you for our hotel in California." He introduced smiling. Wait did he just set me up for a blind date?

"Please call me Luke Miss King" He said. "Actually I go by Miss Adam" I said. "Oh I didn't know that" He said. "It's ok Luke My sister is still adjusting to her new found king heritage." My brother said smiling warmly at me.

"So what you want to order?" Luke asked. So far it haven't been the awkward situation between us. I was so glad to be ease with talking with someone Like Luke. "Coffee and Red velvet cake" I said. "I heard you like it particularly" he said signalling the waiter.

 "I am since it was the first thing Sam gave to me when I first met him" I said politely.

"I heard that you were associated with Ezra before he supposed to get married to Miss Natasha Carter?" he asked. The one question that had ruined my mood fully. 

"Look I don't want to pry but still I am curious what did you ever seen in a man like Ezra Olyphant I mean that guy is a womanizer and a big time jerk" He said.

"I agree on to that I was a jerk" I stiffen hearing his voice. His hazel eyes were still so bold so dark so mesmerizing to me. 

He was wearing casual leather jacket boots and jeans with knit sweater and t-shirt. His hairs were wild and he got a sexy five o clock shadow on his face.

His features were more sharper than before and he looked like he have been starving himself. "Mr. Olyphant" Luke greeted. "Mr. Hamilton." Ezra said icily. 

It was good we decided to have our date not in Samuel's Diner because it would have been awkward and since Ezra decided to show up it would have been worse much worse.

"You already know Miss king" Luke said holding my hand. Which was not gone unnoticed by Ezra it gives me bad kind of vibes. 

"Yes I know Miss Adams very well and if you will excuse us I have lots to catch up with her" Ezra said.

"I am here too and I have nothing to catch up with you Mr. Olyphant." I said not giving him another look. "It is Ezra to you how may time I have to tell you not to call me Mr. Olyphant or Sir. I am not your business associate or your boss though you have been the best secretary I ever had." He said.

I looked at him sharply. "I am not anymore Mr. Olyphant. I am a CEO of the hotel chains My brother own and if you didn't saw I was on a date apparently you don't know the meaning of personal space." I spat. 

"And you don't know the meaning of the words that you are and always be mine" he said my hand flew to his face on its own accord. He caught it effortlessly. "How many times you are going to try and hit me Love?" He asked.

"Leave me be Mr. Olyphant I am not your fucking property nor I am your toy. If I had any feelings for you consider it long gone" I said trying to get out of his hold. 

Lucas Look at both of us first at me then at Ezra. "Mr. Olyphant kindly let my girlfriend go before I make you" Oh he can threaten.

Ezra only pulled me tighter against him. "She is not yours she is mine only mine got it. She is my Fiancée my future wife and mother of my children only mine not anyone else." He shouted for everyone to look at us.

"Let her go now" Bless you Lucian. "Why are you siding with her Lucian you fucking know how much I need her. You fucking know everything" He cried.

 "I know and I also know that she has to be protected from you. She is my friend and I cannot see her get through what she had gone when she was with you ever again Ezra. Leave her be" Lucian said and he pulled Ezra off me.

"I am sorry" I looked at Luke and he nodded. I didn't waited for anyone I just turned around and ran with Ezra's voice ringing in my ears.

You are Mine Little One and This Time I am not letting you go I am going to fight for you fight for the love you have for me

I don't want him to fight for me. Not anymore. I cannot go through same things again and again. I am tired of him popping everywhere. 

I was moving on finally and damn he have to show up. He have to ruin it again for me. He have to come and tell me all those things. Why can't he stay away from me? Why cannot he leave me ?
