"So tell me what do you know about the Dark Angels?" Hata asked the group as he slouched himself against the wall his arms wrapped around himself.

"Apart from being brain-washed bored rich housewives from California, doing protests against animal testing to people eating gluten food, not much." Kenta remembered the bio on the files as he drummed his hands on the desk, looking bored.

Though the Dark Angels have so far been involved in harassment and other misdemeanours, terrorism was not one of them, but it was too early in the game to tell.

"Well, things are about to get more interesting," Hata clicked on a remote of which lowered the projector screen as a short film began to unfold in front of them.

A video of a woman who was blindfolded and scared. She was unaware of being filmed and the room is too dark to capture any detail of which could have revealed her location.

"Hello? Is anyone there?" The woman's thick American slang, with a hint of Southern accent inquires.

Apart from being blindfolded, she appeared unharmed, albiet a bit unkempt, as if she had been abducted for a day or so.

"You guys, this is not funny. I asked for gluten-free apples! Let me out of here, now!"

"But fruits don't have gluten," Haruki Kenshin countered, confused by her statement. He was aware that the woman appeared fine, but the situation did seem oddly bizarre.

"Who is that?" Kenta grimaced, though he was also concerned at the same time.

"That, is the current Miss Celestial Galaxy contestant for America, Cassandra Boulle."

"Oh my," the group gasped at the horrid thought and hope she was alive.

"Not to worry, Detectives. Our American counterparts found her early this morning and she had underwent some questioning. She apparently had come from the gym the evening before she was abducted."

Then Hata shook his head, as if something didn't make sense. "At first she thought it was some kind of joke. Since her birthday was up in a few days and her friends promised her to give her the surprise of her lifetime. So she thought this was it."

Hata stopped and smirked. "Imagine her shock when she woke up blindfolded in a dungeon-type room with only apples for her meals."

Then Hata paused, as if recalling something important. "Also, there were personalized napkins with the logo of Dark Angels on her meals, of which she initially thought was a new spa hotel." He rolled his eyes heavenhayward.

"Apparently, she wanted gluten-free apples," Kara coughed as she tried to smother a snicker. She knew it was inappropriate to laugh at someone's misfortune.

Hata ignored the jibe and droned on about the case, of which was just that the situation has definitely escalated into a terrorist attack as the current Miss Celestial Galaxy contest was considered in technicality, a diplomatic neutral ground for all Nations to come together as one.
