Heavily, Hana sighed and dropped to the ground, cradling the box to her chest and feeling drained.

How long had she been chasing the entities anyway?

Her head pounded from thinking, and her body ached from all the things she'd been doing.

Her eyes shut and by the time she opened them, it was already late morning, almost going into the afternoon.

How long had she been asleep?

Judging by the dried drool on her lips, she must have had the longest sleep since the time she started on this mission.

Her body still felt too tired to do anything. It was made obvious by the attempt she made to stand up, only to fall back on the hard floor with a groan.

She really wasn't in her best condition.

Her eyes shut, and she was about ready to give in to the comforts of slumber when the thought of the other four succeeding even when almost half of them were gone made her jolt up to a sweaty forehead and a racing heart.

Definitely she needed to finish this job.

After two hours of rest by binge-watching her favorite shows and reading books related to the capital sins, she crept out of her house in fear of waking her still-brokenhearted mother Na-ri. It wouldn't do her good to tell her she saw her father yesterday and tried to save him, only to end up failing.

She proceeded to go to the noodle shop of the old man who gave her the magnifying glass, since the library was risky as Lust had already invaded that space. They might find her sooner than she'd liked.

The noodle place was cleaner than when she first visited, but the old man behind the counter was nowhere to be found.

Where could he be?

"Abeoji," she called out tentatively, stepping inside the small establishment with her eyes looking around.

The back door opened, and it was to see the kind face of the old man, with his white uniform and stained apron.

His lips widened into a smile as he saw her, and Hana felt instant relief and calm wash over her tired body. It's been a while since the girl relaxed. Being in his presence made her feel safe.

"Ahh Choo Hana-ssi, right?"

He stepped around the counter to walk closer, extending his wrinkly old hands to grasp her own soft ones.

"How is the hunt?"

A huge smile enveloped Hana's lips at the thought of her accomplishment.

"I captured three last night." She frowned at the thought of the other four. "Unfortunately the others escaped from me, and I think I need your help."

He chuckled and let go of her hands, walking again to sit down on one of the chairs in his establishment. He urged the teen to do the same, so she sat on the vacant chair beside him.

"I haven't asked for your name though," Hana said apologetically. "Mind if I know what it is?"

"Choi Won-ho," said the old man with a smile, and Hana ran the name in her mind, thinking that it sounded familiar.
