Old Times (☁️)

Kokichi was laying down in his bed on a windy day looking through social media and he was going through his mom's account, reminiscing of old times. He ends up getting lost in the pictures and and remembering and trying to live through those times again. He comes across an old picture collage of when he was 6 years old and it's a couple pictures of him and his childhood best friend Shuichi Saihara. There is a total of 3 pictures.

The first picture is him riding on Shuichi's back and Shuichi is running around smiling. They were at a park and Kokichi really wanted slide down the pole that parks usually have but everyone was kinda scared of but not Ouma. He starts sliding down the pole and loses his grip. He fell quite a height down and fell onto his knees. The rocks dug into his knees and he started crying hard. Shuichi was playing with him and so he ran over to see what happened to Ouma. He felt really bad for Kokichi because his knees were bloodied up and his face was streaming tears down. He went down on the ground with him and lifted his face up and wiped his tears
"Hey hey hey...it's fine Ouma. It won't hurt soon. Sit down here." Shuichi says. He shows him to sit down on the edge of a slide and gently wipes away the remaining rocks on his knees, making sure it doesn't hurt him more.
"Haha...I was just kidding" he says trying to not to cry anymore. "It never hurt. I was lying." He says clearly not lying but trying to be tough in front of Shuichi. Shuichi can kinda tell he was lying about it not hurting. Since he still felt bad he said
"Do you want a piggy back ride Ouma?"
"Really?! Can I?!" He says back excitedly
"Yeah!" Shuichi says smiling back.
They both get up and Shuichi kneels down in front of Kokichi so he could get on his back. Kokichi gets on his back and Shuichi stands up kinda tipping over a bit but he gets ahold of Ouma.
"Run Shu Shu run!!" He says. Shuichi blushes a little and starts running around. They both are laughing and have a good day after that. That's when his mom took the picture without them noticing.

The next picture is the last day of pre-school where Kokichi was hugging Shuichi as hard as he could as if it was his last day on Earth. He remembers running out of school to try and find Shuichi but when he couldn't he got nervous and was wondering around looking for him. He asked teachers and staff if they saw him and they all tried to point him in the right direction but he still couldn't find him. He goes to his mom very upset that he couldn't find Shuichi and was standing outside his moms car about to enter when all the sudden someone crashed into him, hugging him. He turns in the hug to see Shuichi's dark blue hair and hugs him back tightly.
"I was so scared that I wouldn't see you Ouma. I was looking for you all over." Shuichi says sadly
"I was looking for you too! I couldn't find you though..." Kokichi says with an upset tone
"It's okay though, I found you now" Shuichi says and hugs him more, nuzzling his head into Ouma's neck. Ouma blushes.
"Yeah it's okay!" Ouma says and hugs him tighter as well. They both smile while hugging and end up saying their good byes even though they would see each other at least once a week over summer.

The third picture is a picture of them in a preschool class and Shuichi is helping Kokichi color a picture for classwork. Ouma was having a little trouble with coloring in the lines and was getting a little upset over it. Both the teachers were helping other kids as well. Shuichi saw that he was struggling and went over and helped without being asked. Ouma saw him come over and when he started helping Ouma smiled and hugged him. Saihara blushes
"Thank you Shu Shu. You're the best!" Ouma says.
They both worked quietly until school was over and when his mom came in she took a picture of them. It wasn't a long memory but I was a nice one.

Ouma was finally finished looking at these memories he was smiling and trying to live through them again. Saihara walked through the door.
"Hi Kokichi, how are you?"
"I'm great Shu Shu."
"Hey that's the name you used to call me when we were little" he says shocked. "Now you only call me daddy" he says jokingly and he chuckled. Kokichi giggles and says
"I was looking through old pictures of us when we were little. We used to be so cute." He says showing him the pictures
"You still are Kokichi." Shuichi says smiling.
"Thanks babe" he says smiling back. They lay down and Shuichi kisses him on his head.
"Ready for dinner?" Shuichi asks
"Yep!"
