I did this bc I didn't know what else to write about and since I went to camp last week I thought it would be good to do I guess heh

Shuichi's POV
I REALLY don't want to go to this camp. I was mostly excited maybe a week ago but now I have no motivation to go. I was going to go with my friend Kyoko but she ended up having family issues and had to go somewhere else for the summer. I was already signed up so I didn't have a choice now. I wasn't just upset but I was nervous since I knew no one there and I would be by myself for the week and I don't particularly like to be alone.

I was laying in my bed with black covers with my hands on my chest, stressed about the trip. I fall asleep at 12:30 with a lot of anxiety and a lot on my mind.

Kokichi's POV
I wake up in the middle of the night but I wasn't sleeping too well in the first place. I was so stressed about this camping trip. I was so nervous about going since I didn't even want to go in the first place. This was all my parents idea. I just wanted to stay home and relax all summer. I heard we had to stay with 7 other people in cabins and I was anxious because my parents say I talk in my sleep and I don't really want them to hear what I say. With all these thoughts in my mind, I end up falling asleep in an hour.

3rd Person POV (for 2 seconds)
Both Kokichi and Shuichi wake up and get ready and head there way there to the camp. Kokichi lived a little closer so he got there before Shuichi.

Kokichi's POV
As soon as I got to the camp, my mom dropped me off and immediately left. She didn't even say bye. I sadly walked to the check-in counter and got my badge that had my name and cabin name on it which was Eden Cove (it was the name of my cabin). The lady was pretty nice so it gave me a little hope that the camp would be alright. It was quite a walk from the counter to the cabin but I made it with my backpack, duffel bag, and pillow. I walked into the wooden cabin with a green roof and two windows on each side with plaid curtains. It was still light out meaning I didn't need to turn on the lights and I go to the back right corner and place my stuff on the top bunk which I might regret but I've never had a bunk bed before so I wanted to try it out. We weren't aloud to bring our phones with us so I go sit on the bed and bring out a book which I will definitely rely on the whole trip. Then a blue haired boy walked in soon after I sat down

Shuichi's POV
I see a purple haired boy weakly making his way to his cabin with his heavy bags. I check in and the lady tells me that I'm in hour early and to tell the one guy I just saw that as well if I see him again. I nodded and headed my way to the cabin. Apparently I was in the cabin called Eden Cove. I thought it was a pretty cool name and brought my suitcase and satchel there (headcanon: Shuichi has many man purses).

As soon as I walked in, I saw the purple haired boy looking at me as a walked in. I waved awkwardly and smiled.

"Is it okay if I stay under you." Shuichi said then blushed slightly as he over thought (since he a perv boi)

"Of course you can~!" Kokichi said with full enthusiasm and a bright smile which Shuichi didn't expect because he was so quite at first.

Shuichi nodded and put his stuff under Kokichi's bunk. Kokichi went back to being quite and reading his book. Shuichi pulled out a book too. Shuichi wanted to start a conversation to not be so lonely but didn't really know how but he remembered he should tell him something.

"Hey, the lady at the front that checked us in wanted me to tell you that we are an hour early." Shuichi said in a calm tone.

"Oh really!" Kokichi leaned over the edge and looked down at Shuichi. "Cool. I guess it's just me and you for now!" He said with a bright smile.

"Yeah I guess...what's your name?" Shuichi asked.

"Oh yeah I forgot about telling you! I'm Kokichi Ouma. And you?" Kokichi exclaims

"I'm Shuichi Saihara. What are you reading?" He asked.

"Oh I have to read for school. It's a book about Hitler. What are you reading Saihara?"

"I'm reading a mystery novel! I love mystery stuff." Shuichi said with a little bit of excitement.

"Interesting!" Then Kokichi went back to being quite. Shuichi was quite confused. Then went back to reading as 15 minutes go by.

Shuichi was reading when he heard creaking and small snores that were quite and gentle. He knew Kokichi fell asleep and wondered if he slept much the night before. He saw half of Kokichi's body off the bed and knew he would end up falling. He got up in time to catch him. He slightly blushed at the way he was hold Kokichi, as it was bridal style.

It surprised Shuichi that he didn't even flinch or wake up. He didn't have much upper strength to put him back up and he didn't want to wake him up so he just laid him in his bed and Shuichi sat next to him, continuing to read and he would occasionally check up on him and when I say "occasionally" I meant like ever 2 seconds. He was thinking of his beautiful features and tried to snap out of it but it didn't work. He just let him sleep as he pet his hair calmingly.
