The Game

Riverdale Betty's POV

"Oww" I said as I landed on the floor with Sweet Pea landing on top of me.

"Shit. Sorry Betts." Sweets said as he pulled himself onto his hands to take his weight off of me. He looked down at my face and we both started cracking up. He dipped his head back down and kissed me quickly.

We heard Kevin snicker and finally looked up at our friends. Archie was obviously the one who opened the door since he still had his hand on the doorknob. The rest looked were a bit farther back like they were following Archie over when he opened the door and just froze. Sweets got up and took my hand to help me sit up as he squatted in front of me.

"You ok?" he asked and I nodded. He leaned over and picked me up into a hug. He then carried me over to a bar stool and set me down.

"We tried to stop him" V said as she walked over to me.

"You had been in there for longer than seven minutes" Arch argued looking pissed. I looked at the rest of my friends. Kevin looked overjoyed, Toni looked like she was trying not to laugh, Fangs looked confused, C and V were giggling, Peter looked concerned and Jug looked enraged. There was an uncomfortable silence and I shot C a look.

She nodded and said "Ok, time for a new game!"

"Truth or Dare!!!" Kevin said and V quickly agreed. We got fresh drinks and all sat on the big couches in front of the tv and put on a movie for background noise.

"Who should start?" C asked.

"I'll go." Jug said unexpectedly.

"Betty, truth or dare?" he asked, assuming that I would pick truth like I usually did.

"Dare" I said and he looked surprised.

"Hmm.. Ok. I dare you to kiss the person you love the most in this room." he said confidently. I thought for a minute and then smiled which made Jug look wary.

"Fine" I said and stood up. I walked right over to Cheryl and sat on her lap and gave her a quick kiss on the lips. She snuggled with me while everyone else laughed.

"Aww.. I love you the most too." she said with a content smile.

"That's not fair. They're cousins." Fangs said.

"He said love not romantic love." I said "Of course I love Cheryl the most. She's always been there for me. We help and take care of each other. She knows things about me that no one else does and she loves me anyway. She has always told me the truth. Not to mention what a amazing and kind person she is." Everyone looked at Cheryl a little differently and she buried her face in my hair because she was secretly uncomfortable.

"Ok. My turn now" I said to change the subject because I didn't mean to embarrass C.

"Truth or dare, Arch?" Arch looked surprised and said "Dare".

Damn, I needed truth. I thought for a moment and said "I dare you to kiss Veronica". Both V and Arch glared at me but he went over a gave her a peck on the lips.

"Betty, truth or dare?" He asked

"Truth" I said because I knew that he wouldn't know the right question to ask to unravel our plan.

Jug jumped up and start walking over to Arch but I yelled "Freeze right there, Jones. No working together!" I yelled and he stopped. He got Arch's attention and looked at me and then over at V and Peter. Arch smiled. Crap.

Then Arch said "Did you really spend the night in the same bed as Peter?" Jug groaned and deflated while I smirked.

"Yes we did." Peter said but Arch looked at me with such a puppy dog expression that I had to add,
