Taka pulled Carala into the music room, like he usually did, but Mitsu had gone before them.
"Mori senpai, it's Honey senpai!" Tamaki yelled, and suddenly, Taka slammed Mitsu down to the couch.
Some fangirls started squealing, and Carala silently rolled her eyes as she walked over.
"Cavity?" She asked. Taka nodded.
"N-No..I'm fine.." Mitsu whimpered.
"You're crying, Mitsu chan. Your tooth really hurts, right?" Carala asked softly.
"Tamaki.." Taka started, and Tamaki nodded.
Mitsu started crying as Tamaki banned any sort of sweets until his cavity got better.
"It's for the best, Mitsu.." Carala comforted him as Taka took away his cake.
"Takashi..Carala..but my tooth's fine! There's nothing wrong!" Mitsu wailed at them.
Taka closed his eyes in frustration and Carala breathed in deeply, clearly annoyed.
"Have I told you about my great aunt Sheka?" Carala said, making up a name on the spot.
"No..?" Mitsu sniffed.
"Well, my great aunt loved to eat candy, until one day she got a cavity.." Carala began.
"And even though her husband told her to stop eating so much candy, she refused and ignored her cavity. However, when she went to the dentist a few months later, he said all her teeth had to be pulled out because of all that candy. And she had to wear dentures." Taka finished.
Mitsu's eyes widened in fear.
"Still want candy?" Carala asked.
The short boy shook his head really fast.
And so Mitsu's Bitter Days of Hell began.
Walking down the hallways the next day, Mitsu was sadly walking a few paces forward than Taka and Carala. Girls felt sorry for him, but some said he looked like a bunny.
Carala looked at Mitsu's school bag. It wasn't very obvious, but you could slightly see it bulge unevenly.
"Takashi.." Carala nudged him and pointed to his bag.
Takashi nodded.
"Mitsukuni, your bag." Takashi started.
"I can carry it myself." Mitsu replied.
"Not that." Carala took the bag and poured it upside down. Candy came streaming out into a pile.
"..I was only looking." Mitsu pouted.
"Then just look at these; we'll keep the real things." Takashi handed him a flyer that was selling desserts for half off.
"Poor Mitsu." Carala sighed as she walked to the lunch room with Takashi. "It must be hard on him."
"It's for the best. He'll feel better soon." Takashi reminded her.
"Yeah, it makes me feel bad seeing- blushing girl, possibly fangirl coming through." Carala automatically said, grabbing Takashi's lunchbox and running behind a pillar, but not before yelling "See you later, Mori san!"
"Basa senpai?" Haruhi came up to her. "Since when have you called Mori senpai Mori san?"
"Shh! It's an act, it gives the girl a feeling to get closer to Taka. Now be quiet." Carala turned her attention back to them.
"...At least accept my chocolates, I think I can try to forget my feelings." The girl said.
"..I can't..." Takashi said in his regular voice.
The girl burst into tears and ran.
"...Are you okay?" Carala asked softly.
They were eating by themselves in a classroom, since Takashi said he didn't feel well.
"I'm fine." Takashi's head was on the table, buried in his arms.
"..You broke her heart. Make up for it afterwards." Carala told him, and he slightly raised his head.
"What did I do.." He muttered.
"That was really mean, Taka. You're punishing yourself, but you're taking it out on her." Carala sighed as Takashi looked depressed.
"..Here." Carala handed a rose to Takashi. He looked at it in surprise.
"You gave that to me for Valentines Day. Not that I'm not accepting it, but give it to her. It'll make her feel better." Carala stood up.
"Where are you goi-" Takashi started.
"You're fixing this yourself. It's better if I'm not there." Carala said and walked out.
