Troy stopped the car before he turned to his daughter and signed, "If you get a panic attack just call me okay."

"We are here already? I'm having an attack already. Can you just take me home please?" She rambled.

"No, you are perfectly fine. Now go." He signed

She groaned and got out of the car.

"Bye, dad. Please keep your phone with you at all times," she said and look at the building in front of her.

   "I will."

she took small steps while she tried to look around for anyone she knew. Of course, she found none because she didn't move with many people. She walked into the building and was engulfed with smoke. It wasn't tobacco rather some coloured smoky thing and disco lights. She awkwardly made her way to a corner and stood there. She spotted Daia coming her way and smiled.

"Asterin! You came. How are you?" She asked and gave her a hug.

   "I'm good."

"C'mon let's dance. Join us. All the workers are out there dancing," she said and pulled her along.

"No, I don't really wanna dance," Asterin said but her voice wasn't heard above the loud music.

She found herself in the middle of the dance floor among many dancing bodies. She frowned and looked at Daia.

   "C'mon girl shake it."

Okay now Asterin now act cool. Start dancing, She said to herself and started swaying to the music as she awkwardly laughed.

   "That's the spirit," Daia cheered.

Asterin looked at the clothes of the people around. It was just simple edgy clothes, unlike her fancy ones. She spotted a petit figure in the corner.

"I'll be back," She lied and started walking towards him.

A guy walked behind Ivan and pushed him. Ivan fell flat on his face and at once Asterin rushed to his aid and lifted him up. Then she turned around to find the guy laughing.

"Hey douchebag take on someone your own size," She said putting her hands on her hips.

"Oh who? A baby doll like you," He challenged her stepping closer.

   "Stanley!" A voice called.

Asterin saw her boss standing with a stern face behind them.

"How dare you push my son!!"

She turned her attention to Ivan and they moved away to a corner. She noticed that he looked a bit terrified and shaken up.

   "Are you okay?" She asked.

He nodded and said, "Thank you."

They both stood in the corner of the room and watched everyone around them.

"Why aren't you dancing with everyone ?" Ivan signed.

It was too loud in here so it is best that we signed, he thought. He saw Asterin frown a little and he immediately said, "It's too loud so I'm signing."

     She nodded.

"I was dancing over there. Why aren't you dancing?"

"Oh, I didn't notice. Well, I don't really like parties. I didn't want to come but my dad dragged me here."
