Act 1 Scene 1

ACT 1 SCENE 1

-The curtain opens on a beautiful living room with a huge crackling fireplace. Sara is sitting with a book in her hand, reading. Sean is pacing around the roome. He is agitated and mumbling to himself. Suddenly, he looks up at Sara.

Sean: We have to do something soon, dearest, or something bad will happen.

-Sara calmly folds he page, closes the book, and places it in her lap

Sara: Well, what do you propose we do?

-Sean stops pacing and leans against the fireplace

Sean: *jokingly* Murder?
