Playing With The Alpha

After hours of skinny dipping in the lake, we decide to head back.

"Zayne?" I stop him before he starts the car up. "Hmm?" He says turning to me. "Thank you." I softly say. He smiles slightly, "You're welcome." He says starting the car up and driving us back.

Driving down the road the night sky seemed to glisten. I started to drift off to sleep, and then the car suddenly stops.

Zayne began to curse. Jumping up I look at him. "What happened?" I ask. He doesn't say anything but stares ahead. It was so dark out; the only light was from the head lights.

Suddenly sounds of growling could be heard. "What was that?" I ask frantically.

"Rogue's"

"Stay inside." He says as opens his door and gets out. He walks in front of the car and stands there. He lifts his head and sniffs the air. Moments later Zayne gets tossed across the road. I hurriedly unstrap my seat belt and jump into the driver's seat.

The enormous black wolf looked ready to attack Zayne but I distract it by beeping rapidly on the horn, he turns around and bares it razor sharp canines at me, its eyes blazing red. With its attention now directed on the truck. I watch Zayne transform into his wolf.

Zayne howls loudly and charges at the rogue. I watch in fear as the two giant wolves' claw and tear ferociously at each other. The rogue manages to escape and it runs into the forest. Zayne wolf follows after it and disappears.

I debate if I should go and get help, I've never driven before, but Zayne appears from the trees with blood and scratch marks all over his body. Not waiting another minute I open the driver's door and get out.

"Zayne are you alright?"

"No- Leah gets ba-ck ini...!" He shouts. I stop in my tracks. He was too far away for me to hear what he said.

"Leah get back inside -" he says, but his words cut off as I get ambush from behind.

"Leah!" Zayne shouts. Landing on my back I rush to get up, as I watch the wolf turn into a human. With hungry in its eyes, he drools all over my face. Getting up I yell out in pain as I try to turn to run.

I'm grabbed by the first one. I scream out for them to let go but his grip around my arms only tighten. Zayne turns back into to his wolf and charges at the rogue in front of me. The rogue turns and transforms back into his wolf and runs towards Zayne. I scream out as the wolf claws at him.

"Zayne!" I scream, with hot boiling tears rolling down my face as Zayne wolf howls out in pain when the rogue clamps its jaw down on his neck.

I couldn't just watch I had to do something. Using all the strength I could muster I slam my leg backwards in between his legs. He hisses in pain and throws me to the side. I land back onto the hard pavement.

"You bitch!" He says bending down, grabbing at his crotch, jumping up I run into the woods, I had to get back to the pack. In extreme agony the tree branches hit my skin causing small abrasions. I could hear the rogue nearby.

I accidentally trip over something tumbling to the ground.

The rogue grabs me from the back by my hair and pulls me up.

"You think you can get away from me?" He hisses in my ear. He grabs at my chest squeezing it tightly. I scream out and try to fight him off but he was to strong.

"It's been awhile since I've been with a woman." He says to me hungrily. He shoves me onto the ground and before I could turn around he was on top of me.
