Dark and shallow
Is my world
The days and nights seem to blur away, a distant memory in my mind
I look up to the stars above at night
Tears blurring my vision
I make a wish.
A wish to have my days filled with sunshine once again.
A wish to have happiness bloom within me, always.
My days have become darker than night, the clouds blocking any sunshine.
I made a wish.
To have you by my side once more.
To do things right, this time around.
But a wish it stays, for I no longer have you, gone in thin air you were.
Now only our memories remain, reminders of how my naivety blinded me.
