3 months ago is when it all occurred... The huge breakup that impacted my life as I know it...

Maybe 5 months ago, Sousuke had invited me to a fireworks festival. The theme was love. So of course he would want to go. I remember just 2 years ago, when he confessed his love to me.

A very casual, 'I like you... Can we go out?' His smile, his eyes, his cool personality, everything about him, made me like him. He was so kind and sweet about everything. No one thought Sousuke and I would ever date. But, the truth, we loved each other so much, that we promised, we would never, be separated.

At the fireworks festival, he told me to dress as I normally do. And when I got there, he has a bouquet of flowers in his right hand, and his left arm extended to hug me. He embraced me and his musky smell really got to me. He smelled wonderful...

We went to various game stands and won a few things, and we ate quite a bit that day. We even brought sparklers and sat down on a bench and lit them. We looked up at the starry sky and huddled in close together as we lay out a blanket on the grass up on a hill.

'Look a shooting star', I would shout. I close my eyes instantly and make that wish. It's a wish any girl would make.

'What'd you wish for?', he asked but I shook my head.

'Anyone should know that. Even you.', I calmly said. He smiles and looks up at the sky.

'I know now', he retorts.

'I want to stay with you forever. That was my wish.', I said as I slowly lean my head against his shoulder. I hear a noise but I don't pay no mind to it. However, I should have noticed... And I should have helped him....

'No! I'm fed up with this! I'm fed up with you!', Sousuke had screamed to me 3 short months later. I'm not sure what I did at all. I just had to stand there with a dumbfounded and frightened expression. He had been raising his fists and forcefully gripping his right shoulder. For the first time in my life, I have never felt so afraid of someone... I thought various times he was going to hit me...

But, one slip up, made everything change....

A forceful shove into the wall, caused something in my right shoulder to snap. It didn't really snap, but it felt like a thousand needles piercing my skin. Once he realized what he had done, he ran away, and never came back...

I was left there in the ground, in pain... And I had no idea why... What did I do?

I was examined by various doctors about my shoulder. I had a serious rotator cuff injury. I tried to lift my right arm up, but it was no use. My shoulder gave out... They had to make me do various exercises after giving me pain killers ever day. I told them I felt fine, but I really wasn't...

Osumu freaked out and hunted down Sousuke. He popped him in the mouth a few times and left him. He made me swear never to see him again... I'm not sure if I can keep that promise Osumu...
