Natasha POV:

I'm so excited (on the inside)! Today we're going back to Stark Towers because we were pardoned. I know the only reason we were pardoned is Tony and Peter's hard work. I'm only looking forward to going back to the tower because I can see my ребенок паук.

I haven't seen him since Berlin, but we kept in touch by text.

I decide to not tell him when we are going to get back together. Obviously Tony knows, but he agrees with making it a surprise.

—Time Skip to Them Going to the Tower—

Today is the day I will finally see ребенок паук.

What if he's mad about me helping Steve? What if he forgot about me?

We go up the elevator and when we get to our floor Tony isn't there. I figure he's with Peter or Pepper because I know he hasn't had a sip of alcohol, or gone to any clubs since he met Peter.

Unfortunately not everyone was as smart as I am.

Clint and Scott weren't here because they want to stay with their families, so they aren't a problem.

Wanda met Peter because Tony thought he would be good for her. He's totally correct, plus now Wanda knows what I do.

Sam, Bucky, and most of all Steve think Tony is probably drunk.

They enter TONY's house, and insult him without any real reason.

This is outrageous. Both Wanda and I are trying to get the others to stop what they are saying, but they won't listen to us.

We get out of elevator, and wait in front of it. The others still haven't stopped being rude, and Wanda and I haven't stopped telling them off for it.

Finally Tony arrives. He gets out of the elevator with his arm around Peter's shoulder. They're laughing at something one of them said.

Pебенок паук looks up, and seeing Wanda and I runs forward.

He hugs me first and says welcome back in Russian. Then he gave Wanda a hug.

Thankfully when Peter and Tony arrived the other morons shut their mouths.

Tony nods at Wanda and I, before smiling at all of us. As a trained spy I could tell that it was a fake smile he probably used for the press.

Tony looks better than he did when I last saw him, probably because of Peter.

Peter makes sure Tony goes to sleep at the right time and actually eats. If I hadn't seen ребенок паук's puppy eyes then I would not know how he did it. Since I have seen the puppy eyes, I would be shocked if he didn't get Tony to sleep.

After a minute Steve says, "So, is that kid a charity case for you?"

Peter looks like he's about to cry, and before anyone can do anything I walk over to Steve slap him in the face, and start cussing at him in Russian.

Then Wanda yells, "You *********! That kid is Peter, the nicest, awesomest person I've ever met! If you EVER insult him again I will personally make your life a living nightmare!" Into his face, that's now sporting a red hand mark.

Tony looks livid, and screams louder than I thought possible, "You call Peter a charity case despite him being the reason you're free right now. You left me dying alone, and if it wasn't for Peter here I'd be dead."

Wait, what! Steve almost killed Tony, and then left him to die?! I didn't know that. If I did I would have left him long ago. It looks like Wanda is having similar thoughts.

It's quiet for a moment, but then Peter explodes. He tells Steve, loudly, "You enter the man who pardoned you home, and the first thing you do is talk behind his back. Tony is 3,000 times better than you will ever be.

After a while people start talking to Steve again, but I don't think anyone will ever forget what he said.
