Morning had rolled around. A few birds chirped in unison while the sun crept its way above the horizon. Clementine was awake, but Violet was still sleeping peacefully. The brunette stared at her girlfriend for what felt like hours, watching her stomach gradually fall and rise again.
God am I lucky. I love her so much she thought to herself. Finally averting her attention away from the girl, Clementine started to slowly creep out of bed but was suddenly pulled back down. "And where do you think you're going?" Violet said playfully in a husky tone.
Clem smiled and laughed. "You looked so beautiful sleeping. I didn't want to disturb you."
"You can always disturb me, Clem. It's worth it if I get to see your eyes, lips, body... everything."
The brunette casually rolled her eyes. "Obviously you have a point, but I'm not as pretty as you. No one is."
"Guess we'll have to find out," Violet responded. She turned her girlfriend over so she was against the mattress and herself was on top. She placed her hands on both sides of Clem's head, gently stroking her thumb back and forth against her cheek.
The blonde looked into the brunette's lustful eyes and leaned in until their lips were connected, never wanting to pull away. They were both so gentle with each other, being fairly new to the whole intimacy thing. Clementine ran her hands through Violet's hair, slowly leading them down her body.
Just as the girls were starting to get more passionate with each other, the door bursted open. "Woah Hoaaa. How much did I miss?"
Of course, there would be one person in the world who would say that, and that's Louis. Vi grabbed the covers and threw them over herself and her girlfriend. "Why the hell are you here right now?" she said, irritated her time with Clem was interrupted.
"I was just coming to tell y'all that breakfast is almost ready. But, I see you two started eating early," he snickered.
"Just fucking go, Lou," Violet retorted.
Clementine was also a little annoyed that Louis had ruined their time, but she also thought it was kind of funny. "Well, we better head out then. I'm sorry we didn't get to finish this, but it's not over yet. I better see you back here later tonight, after dinner."
"Yeah, I'd hate to miss out on dessert," Vi said with a smirk.
Before Violet could unleash the covers off of them, Clementine pulled her girlfriend close and gave her one final kiss. It was a long, deep kiss between the two, the brunette remembering the taste of Vi's soft lips and the electricity that flowed within.
Slowly, their lips started to part. Violet took one last look at her girlfriend and smiled, then pulling the sheets off.
Now that the kids had taken out their main threat, all Vi wanted was to do more romantic things with Clem, and Clem wanted that, too.

"So, Chef Omar, what's filling my stomach this morning? An omelet? Stack of pancakes devoured in syrup? French toast?" Lou asked with a boyish grin.
"Can you settle for the usual: rabbit stew?"
The dreadlocked boy sighed, but he knew it would be the same. It always was, except when they managed to capture enough fish from the stream.
Everyone gathered around the table and enjoyed their meal together, waiting for someone to spark a conversation to rid of the silence. "I was thinking about heading out later to set up more traps. We're running low on food again, among other supplies," Aasim stated.
