I saw the gray clouds pass me as I fell, kicking the figure off of me.
"Hades!" I growled, a scythe automatically appearing in my hand. His cold, dead hand wrapped around my neck and I found the breath in my lungs cut off.
"No. Try it and your blood will be in my hands. If you want to see your freedom again, I recommend you follow my commands." His voice was gruff and I tried to breathe, scratching his hand. I nodded reluctantly and he dropped me and I continued falling. Suddenly, the ground opened up and ate me.
~~~~~~~~??? Hours Later~~~~~~~~~~~
"Hades, this is perfect! Mother thinks I'm down here trying to convince you not to kill her. But make it quick. She'll come down soon enough." Persephone's voice floated through the air.
"T-Traitor!" I yelled, opening my eyes. I was surrounded by thick iron bars in a dirty cell. The goddess turned around, an evil smirk playing on her lips.
"You don't even know, sweetheart. Hecate, the goddess of witchcraft, Ascelpiys, the born-mortal minor god of medicine, Nemesis, the goddess of justice and vengeance, and Alastor, the god of family arguments and avenger of evil deeds are on our side. They're tired of being called 'minor gods'. When Olympus falls and your corpse paints the Earth red, we'll take over. Get ready for chaos." Persephone's laughed echoes and I frowned.
"You're a terrible sister." I took her obvious confusion to wrap a throned vine around her and throw her out.
"No more of that." Clear chains wrapped around me and held me back. I cried out and frowned as the chains dug into my skin.
"There's no way out but death. We'll act like we're offering you, but in reality, we'll kill you."
