Val entered the Language Arts room, immediately looking around for Kaleb, who was sitting in his assigned seat. It seems like Kaleb was already expecting Val to enter, since his eyes were already on her. He smiled at her while holding his finger up to his mouth, signaling her to be quiet about what had happened yesterday.

Val nervously sat down and tried to process and forget everything that had happened.

"Hey Val, are you alright?" asked Jazz, "You don't seem to be doing fine."

"I just didn't get much sleep last night," nervously chuckled Val, in an attempt to ward off Jazz's worries.

Their conversation was interrupted by Mr. Smith, who announced, "I'm sorry to interrupt your homeroom time, but we've got a transfer student who would like to introduce themselves. Come on in, Brian."

The whole class stood up in respect and stared in awe. The person who just walked in definitely gave off the look of transfer student. From what Val had analyzed, the boy wore his old school uniform. His coat was unbuttoned, and he had black jeans on. His tie was loose and he had a menacing, yet threatening glare. His eyes were odd, since his left eye had a blue iris, and his right had a green iris.

"Nice to meet you all," the boy said calmly, giving off a sense of peace, "I look forward to learning with you all. My name is Brian Silkbrood—"

Jak laughed out loud at his seat, "Haha! What kind of last name is Silkbrood? What are you, from a foreign country or something?"

"Apologies," said Mr. Smith, calming Jak down, "Jak can be a little.. loud. Your seat will be behind Jak. Once you sit down, everyone will be sitting down and commencing homeroom."

"It's no problem, teach," replied Brian with a smile.

Brian walked down the aisle of the classroom, heading to his seat. When he passed Jak, he put his arm around his shoulder, as if he was hugging him with one hand.

"I think you and I will be great friends," smiled Brian.

"Uh... sure?" replied Jak, a bit confused and uncomfortable from Brian suddenly wrapping his arm around his shoulder.

Suddenly, Brian's hand grabbed the back of Jak's head and slammed his face into the desk twice. This caused Jak to fall on the ground, slowly getting unconscious.

"Hey!" yelled Neos at Brian, walking over to Jak to see if he was alright, "Calm down there, buddy!"

Brian simply walked to his seat and sat down, eyeing Jak and smiling, "Next time, you should think about what you're going to say before you say them. It's a valuable life lesson."

The class hesitantly sat down in their seats, nervous and frightened of this new presence in the room.

"That Brian guy really pisses me off!" whispered Jak as he began to do an algebra worksheet.

"Well to be fair," replied Val, looking at Brian, who was sitting on the other side of the room, "You did insult his last name."

"It was just a joke!"

"I enjoyed your little beatdown," smiled Styx.

"Shut up before I slap you," he replied.

Jak began to look at his algebra worksheet, where he was using a formula on an oval.

"Hey! This reminds me," he said, shuffling something in his pocket, and pulling out a keychain, "This is for you Jazz."

Jak handed Jazz a Vaekook keychain. Vaekook was a popular ship created by fans around the members of DTS, Vaehyung and Yungkook.
