It's been a few days now since the second semester of Silver Leaf High School has started. Everyone has grown accustomed to their classes once more. However, the 'gods,' as dubbed by Adrian, are planning to leave soon, before the middle of the second semester.
"Do you really have to leave?" asked Val, disappointed.
"Unfortunately," replied Jazz, picking at her food at lunch, "We no longer have to find the traitor god. Our missions over so we'll be going back to where we came from, monitoring over the multiple reality squares and making sure nothing weird like law shifts would occur."
"Reality squares? Law shifts?" asked Val, "Now that I think about it, Yuri did mention something about law shifts. What are those?"
"It's complicated to explain thoroughly. Basically, if an important object in the fabric of reality is destroyed, a law shift occurs to balance things out. Everything needs to be balanced in the multiverse. This leads to reality squares, which are terms used to explain ways beyond the multiverse. It's a pretty big area that will take too long to explain."
"It sounds complicated."
"I don't think you'd understand it."
Suddenly, Jazz noticed she wasn't picking at her food anymore. Her fork was molded into her tray, sticking out from the bottom.
"Jak," said Jazz, annoyed, "Did you do this? I was using this fork."
"No clue what you're talking about," said Jak as he drank his soda, "Why would I display my abilities out here in public?"
"Oh, right.."

"Hey Kaleb!" waved Neos from across the hall, walking towards him, "I got a new video game! It's pretty cool!"
Suddenly, Neos walked right into the lockers in a hasty fashion. He stood back up, confused.
"You ok, Neos?" asked Kaleb, "Why'd you run into the lockers like that?"
"I don't know," replied Neos, scratching his head, "It's like I suddenly got faster."
"Hey, don't be stealing my shtick. I'm the fast guy around these parts. One up me and I'll one up your explosions."
"I highly doubt you can," smiled Neos, "Your ability of speed isn't all that great compared to my explosions."
Neos and Kaleb began to bicker at each other until they were both late to class.

Val, Jazz, and Styx were reading books in the library.
"Ahaha!" laughed Styx, covering her face.
"You seem to be enjoying that book," commented Val, "What're you reading?"
Val stared at the books' cover. It was a dead zombie trying to eat a girl in a pink fluffy cloud.
"It's so cute and wholesome," smiled Styx, blushing as she read it.
"You'll read anything cute and wholesome," nervously replied Jazz.
Suddenly, Styx was dripping wet. What just happened? Val noticed the broken mug on the ground and the brown stains on Styx's clothes.
"This is.." noted Styx, shocked in what just happened, "Mr. Smith's coffee mug! How did it get over here in the library?"
"It looked like it came out of nowhere.." noted Val, "Is it teleportation?"
"Don't look at me," said Jazz, "I wasn't anywhere near the coffee mug. In fact, shouldn't it still be in Mr. Smith's classroom?"
"Well," said Styx, "We need to investigate this. It's not like we should do nothing about it. If things are teleporting everywhere, it could probably end up harming some people."

Brian laid back on the ground during gym class. He and Jak had already finished the training exercise as well as finishing the laps they had to run.
"Nah, I don't like Green Acid," replied Brian, "Fizzy Water is much better if you ask me. You see, Green Acid has more sugar and acidity in its liquid, making it bad for your teeth. Even more than regular sodas."
"But Green Acid is like the most well known gamer soda worldwide," noted Jak.
"Have you noticed that most gamers are overweight or doesn't know a thing about personal hygiene? Hell, they can't even bring deodorant to a tournament. If you're going to pair me up with people like that, then no way am I going to go down that path. It's just disgusting to be beside one."
"Well, if you're not gonna be a gamer, what do you plan on doing someday?"
"Obviously being a god is more important, but my time here has made me discover a new hobby: Photography."
"Oh yeah. Sounds boring."
"What the hell did you say?"
Suddenly, the two stopped arguing when they saw a worm crawl up to them. Normally they wouldn't be interested in a small worm. In fact, they wouldn't even notice it crawling towards them. However, they noticed that this worm seemed to be emitting smoke.
"What's it doing?" asked Brian, "Is this some form of worm transformation?"
"I don't think so," replied Jak, "Maybe it's smoking some cigaret—"
BOOM!
Jak and Brian were flung to the ground. They stood up quickly in shock. The worm had exploded!
"What just happened?" asked Brian as some students came over to investigate.
"I don't know," replied Jak, "But it seems like the worm exploded!"
Brian whispered into Jak's ear, "This is obviously Neos' ability, but I don't think he's the kind of person to make a prank like this. Besides, I never saw him touch that worm and make it a target."
"Do you think this is from some sort of outside force?"
"Whatever it is, we have to find out quickly. Who knows who'll be the next victim?"
