PAYTON'S POV

It was late, probably around 3:45 AM. I was tired but I couldn't sleep. Thoughts ran through my head and I couldn't process any of them.
I was gonna see Ava soon.
I was gonna see Ava soon.

Did I mention I was gonna see Ava soon?
Ava meant so much to me, and we haven't been able to see each other that much. I also really missed Jackson. Jackson has been my best friend since I could remember. We always did as much as we could together. Chase and the other boys would join us as well. Chase and Ava were pretty close, almost like best friends or brother and sister. Her and Dylan got a long really well as long. They were like the gossipers of the group. If u needed any tea, just go to them. Then there was Mychael. He was always really akward around her, but they are still good friend. They did pranks and what not on all of us. Her and Jackson were also really close, like brother and sister. But her and I, were like a bond that can't be broken. 2 hearts mended together, both cant be broken cause they have each other. It sounded so right, yes it also sounds cringy but we can't be broken. I love her and she loves me.
I was sitting on my bed thinking when my phone rang. I ignored it at first thinking it was just a random number or something. Eventually my curiosity got the best of me and I turned to look at the phone, only to see it stopped ringing. I opened it to see I missed a call from Ava. I quickly called her back right away, knowing she isn't gonna be awake around 3:00 AM just to talk to eachother.
She eventually answered the call and her face popped up. She looked tired and sad. Her cheek was stained with tears.
"Ava?" I yawned, rubbing me eyes. She smiled at me, but it quickly faded as she thought about something.
"H-hey.." She said stuttering. My face softened as soon as I heard her shaky and scared voice.
"Hey hey hey, whats wrong?" I asked bringing the phone closer to my face. she sighed and took one breathe before speaking.
"I had a b-bad dream and you w-were in it." She said, a tears falling from hercheek.
"Oh Ava." I said, sighing.
"I'm so sorry, what happened in it?" I asked, trying to use my eyes to signal if the question was alright to ask. she nodded knowing what I meant and continued.
"Y-you cheated." She whispered, her. voice barely audible. My face changed from worried to shock. I cheated? I let a tear fall from my eye as I thought about that. I would never.
"Ava.. I want you to know that I would never ever cheat on you. Ok? You are the love of my life. My world. If I lost u I don't know what I would do. I wouldn't be able to live." I said, now letting more tears fall. She nodded.
"I love you too Payton." She said, rubbing her tired and wet eyes.
"Go to sleep Ava ok.. I'll stay on until u fall asleep. I love you" I said. She smiled and nodded before closing her eyes and letting a small yawn escaped her lips. God, I wish I could kiss those lips and hold her right now.
"I love you Payton." She said, putting the phone down by her face as she lays down and snuggled Into the pillow. I smiled bright, my face close to the screen.
"Goodnight Ava, I love you so much and I will never ever hurt you. You are perfect and deserve the world. And that's what I'm gonna give you." I whispered. Her eyes were still closed as I bagen to whisper quiet 'i love you's'
I smiled as I saw her asleep, breathing quietly. She looked so cute.
