PAYTON'S POV
Jackson and I were in my room sitting on the bed eating pizza and playing video games. Ava and faith left about an hour ago to hang out, which made me really happy.
I'm glad my sister and girlfriend are hanging out and becoming good friends. Of course, that means that I'm not gonna see her as much cause faith will try and steal her away but it I'm fine.
I plan on spending the rest of my life with Ava. Forever And Always.<<<<>>>>
It was around 1:30 in the afternoon and Jackson and I decided to go out. We were gonna go to the beach and then maybe the mall or just come home.
Were on our way to the beach right now, blasting juice WRLD and talking to eachother.
"I'm glad we could hang together today." Jackson said turning towards me as he was driving. I smiled and nodded.
"Me too." I said humming along to the music.
"Oh and Payton." Jackson said sounding almost a little sad. But I couldn't tell.
"I'm sorry for setting up that day at the carnival with Aly and Riley. I guess I just missed my best friend and hoped to spend more time with him, thinking if Ava made friends we could talk more and stuff." He said letting a hand fall from his grip on the steering wheel.
I opened my mouth a bit in shock. I had no idea he was feeling that way. I guess ever since Ava and I started dating Jackson and I have been distant.
I never meant for us to drift apart and I don't what us to anymore.
"Jackson I had no idea." I said turning towards him.
"I am SO sorry I didn't realize it. I guess I was just so happy to finally have someone who I could call mine and talk to about anything I forgot about my best friend in the whole world." I said looking down. Jackson let out a small chuckle.
"I get it man, if I ever get a girlfriend I'll make sure to forget about you until you say something." He said causing me to laugh.
"I love ya Jackson." I said smiling.
I really did love him, he's my best friends and nothing or no one could ever break us apart.
"I love ya to man. And if you want I can tell Aly and Riley we can't hang anymore." He said making my smile drop, but come back a little.
"No dude it's fine. You wanted to see Aly again anyway. And I guess we could meet this Riley girl?" I said questioning myself.
Jackson nodded.
"If your sure. I don't want any drama to happen, and it be my fault." Jackson said pulling up to the beach. I nodded understanding.
"Ya I know, but nothing is going to happen." I said, mostly reassuring myself.
Nothing is gonna happen, right?Word count: 522
