AVA'S POV

I sat up sweating heavily as a few tears fell on my lap. I wiped my face as I felt the tears fall from my face. It was all a dream.
I turned my face and looked at the time.
3:27 AM. I sighed and leaned back. I continued to wipe the sweat and tears off my face for the next couple minutes.
If it wasn't real why did it feel so real? I shook my head at the thought. Payton would never cheat. Would he? I shook my head once again and leaned back against the bed. I needed to go back to sleep. But I couldn't. I needed to talk to him. I needed to hear his voice or know that he still is there. I picked up my phone and went straight to my contacts. I grazed my thumb over Payton's contact. It's 3:00 AM, is he even awake? I finally decided to just do it, and my thumb finally gently pressed on his name. As it rang I felt a drop of sweat fall from my forhead. why was I so nervous. I looked over at Jackson to make sure he was till asleep before turning the volume down on my phone. I looked at the screen hoping to see Payton answer but the phone rang through and it eventually hung up. I sighed and set my phone down. It was 3:00 AM so of course he was asleep. I was Interrupted as my phone rung. I looked down and smiled at the notification that came up.

Incoming Facetime From 'MyBabyBoy😘🌹'

I answered the call and Paytons face popped up. It was a mixture of concern and sleepiness.
"Ava?" He yawned, rubbing his eyes. I smiled at him, but it quickly faded as I remembered why I actually called him.
"H-hey.." I said stuttering. His face softened as soon as he heard my shaky voice.
"Hey hey hey, whats wrong?" He asked bringing the phone closer to his face. I sighed and took one breathe before speaking.
"I had a b-bad dream and you w-were in it." I said, tears falling from my cheek.
"Oh Ava." Payton said, sighing.
"I'm so sorry, what happened in it?" He asked, his eyes asking if this question was ok to ask. I nodded knowing what he meant and continued.
"Y-you cheated." I whispered, my voice barely audible. Payton's face showed complete shock and I think I even saw a tears fall from his eye.
"Ava.. I want you to know that I would never ever cheat on you. Ok? You are the love of my life. My world. If I lost u I don't know what I would do. I wouldn't be able to live." He said, now letting more tears fall. I nodded.
"I love you too Payton." I said, rubbing my tired and wet eyes.
"Go to sleep Ava ok.. I'll stay on until u fall asleep. I love you" he said. He made my heart flutter and I nodded, my eyes closing for a moment before a quiet yawn escaped my mouth.
"I love you Payton." I said, putting the phone down by my face as I snuggled into my pillow. I heard Payton whisper something, but I couldnt hear it.
I finally fell asleep, with Payton still on the phone.
Constantly whispering 'I love you's'.
