Election Day

Jennie grumbled as she began to stir from her sleep, the wounds left by Namjoon and a few new ones from Lisa stinging and aching while she lay naked on the chrome counter top of her kitchen. She was so exhausted and fatigued that she didn't even make it to her bed, the black haired girl must have just passed out soon after climaxing last night. "Li-..." Jennie started to call out before stopping herself she knew it was pointless, of course Lisa wasn't here, she never stayed till morning why would she now. Jennie's hands shook a little as she poured herself some water so she could take her painkillers, she still had all day before she had to be at work but she wanted to be as prepared as possible, she couldn't go to school like this.

The tutor hissed in pain as the hot water from her shower splashed against her cuts and broken skin, power showers were amazing normally but not when a person was covered in injuries.  She didn't even want to go into work today but doing so meant that she got to see Lisa again, the only thing she had in her life right now.

Jennie sat on the edge of her bed wrapped in a white towel staring at herself in the mirror, she didn't even recognise herself anymore, who was this bruised and beaten mess looking back at her. Jennie was losing more than just her mind, she was losing herself too and what parts of herself that weren't slipping out of her grasp the more trauma she experienced she was instead pouring into a soulless demon that will never love her. The Order were the only people who could truly provide the young slayer with the help that she needed but all they cared about was tradition and killing vampires, they only cared about slayer mental health when it was negatively affecting their ability to do their jobs. 

The New Zealander lay down still wrapped in her towel and pulled the bed covers over her, she wanted to get as much rest as possible before work later that night. 

While the slayer slept the people of the town were attending their local ballot halls to vote for the new town mayor, all deciding between several candidates including one female who had popped up seemingly out of nowhere, Park Dara. The legal voting age across South Korea is 19 years old so it was likely many students were voting too. Jisoo and Lisa were of course going to vote but would have to wait till after night school was finished, just before the ballots were closed, with the sun being a rather obvious issue for them. Though in truth the girls were only voting for symbolic reasons, their votes wouldn't matter as this election was a fix. Dara would win even if nobody voted for her at all. 

"In a few hours we are going to own the whole town!" Lisa said excitedly as she jumped on Jisoo's back. The elder woman smiled as she piggybacked the Thai down the corridor towards the English classroom, "she has risen" she replied with a sinister grin, referring of course to her Queen and 'mother'. The purple haired girl lowered the blonde back onto the ground before embracing her tightly and affectionately, "oh Lis you're going to love it, the last time Queen Dara had taken control of a town, which was centuries ago now, she had so much power and influence over the humans that vampires didn't even need invites to go into people's homes. The whole town's energy became unbalanced and dark and we could just raid their houses at night and feed on them while they screamed and begged in their beds" she laughed cruelly. Lisa smiled brightly, she could barely contain her excitement. 

The two vampires eventually entered the classroom but they were clearly the only students in a good mood, the rest of the class were in tears. It was obvious to the girls why, the class must have found out about Bobby but for the sake of appearances they pretended they didn't know and prepared themselves for another Oscar worthy acting performance.
