Percy POV: uhhhhhh back to tartarus. aka school. I slam my locker and groan. wonderful. Lola and her three best friends Kara, Brianna and the jocks Marcus and his twin, Matt

"what do you want?" I say angrily.

"to talk to my boyfriend" squeals Lola

"your boyfriend? no no no uhh cupcake?? he's Ms.Chase's boyfriend" I know it's coach hedge. I grin and turn around

"hey coach!"

"hey mr. Jackson" suddenly there's a noise. like a sob mixed with a whimper.

"you'll never be good enough for him okay?! remember that" I turn around and see Lola who's smirking evilly at annabeth who's in tears.

"go away Lola" I say coldly, wrapping an arm around annabeth.

Annabeth POV: "you don't deserve him" that's what hurt most. "you'll never be good enough for him okay?!" that hurt more. I break down, crying and hear a voice

"go away Lola" and an arm wraps around me.

"hey don't listen to her. she's just jealous that I chose someone as beautiful, smart and amazing as you instead of someone as gross as her. i love you more than blue food, annabeth remember that. okay?" I smile weakly and look up at my seaweed brain.

"thanks Percy. I love you too" I say, leaning up to kiss him just as he's leaning down to kiss me. we kiss for a few seconds and then pull away as the fire alarm goes off. we run outside with everyone else and watch the blaze.

"everyone go home" the principal says.

back at the house

"want to go for lunch?" I suggest.

"sure" I laugh because everyone says it at the same time. Percy grabs his lotus hotel credit card he's had since we were 12 and we leave.
