Anna's POV
I was in the Great Hall for the feast along with Harry and Ron, it's been a week since I was rescued from the chamber. I still felt so terrible about everything that had happened. Especially about all of the muggleborns that were petrified. (a/n Anna called the basilisk to petrify lots of muggleborns, I forgot to mention it earlier, sorry!) They were still in the hospital. At least barely anyone knew that it was me that opened the chamber, I have Dumbledore to thank for that. Also, Harry freed Dobby, it was really sweet. I found out it was Lucius Malfoy who put the diary in the library so I would find it and that Dobby used to be the Malfoy's house elf. Dobby was warning us not to go to Hogwarts so the whole chamber incident wouldn't happen, but it had all worked out in the end. The door opened and I saw all of the muggleborns who were petrified come in.
"HERMIONE!" I screamed, running towards her and tackling her in a huge hug. I started crying.
"I'm so sorry!" I said, sobbing into her shoulder.
"It wasn't your fault,"
"Yes it was!" I said and explained everything to her outside of the great hall so nobody else could hear. She just stared at me in shock when I was done.
"I know you didn't mean to," she said, hugging me.
"I really didn't mean to, after I found out about my father-"
"What about your father?" she asked.
"Forget I said anything!" I said quickly.
"Please, you can trust me,"
"Promise you won't tell anyone, especially Harry," I said and I explained about how my father had killed my mother and Harry's parents.
"I get why you didn't tell Harry..." she trailed off, tears in her eyes.
"He would hate me, even though it wasn't my fault," I said, looking down.
"Hey, the feast is almost over, the food's great!" Ron said coming through the doors along with Harry.
"You're such a pig Ron," I said, chuckling as I saw the huge chicken leg in his hand.
"Oh Anna, I almost forgot," Hermione said excitedly.
"What?" I asked intently.
"Me and my parents are going to France this summer and we wanted to know if you wanted to come with us," Hermione said.
"WHAT?!?! FRANCE?!?! OMG YES I WOULD LOVE TO! I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I screamed, jumping up and down. I was like this for a few minutes while Harry, Ron, and Hermione covered their ears so they wouldn't go deaf.
"I think I've gone deaf," Harry said after I was done.
"I know, I have such a pretty voice," I said, flipping my hair.
"Yeah a pretty loud voice," Ron said, I just rolled my eyes.
"What? I can't get a little excited?" I asked with fake hurt in my voice.
"If that's what you're like when you're just a little excited, I don't want to be around when you're really excited," Ron said.
"Well, I guess it's a good thing that only Hermione is going to have to put up with me when I'm in France," I said.
"Oh joy," she said sarcastically and we just started laughing.
"This is going to be a great summer," I said, but what I didn't know that it would be the complete opposite.
