-First Person P.O.V.-

I sat in the living room of my shared house with prosecutor Miles Edgeworth. Being a prosecutor made sure he was hardly ever home, which made it hard on myself, seeing as I hardly ever get to see him. Tonight he promised he'd come home. It was almost midnight and I still haven't gotten any word from him returning.

I decided I'd only wait a little while longer before I headed to bed. As I let out a sigh, I heard the door open. I hopped out of bed and ran to the front door. "Miles!" I cried as I pulled him into a tight embrace. He laughed softly and kissed the top of my head, wrapping his arms around me.

Hi, (Y/N)," Edgeworth cooed. "I'm sorry I'm a little late," he said softly.

I grab his hand tightly and drag him to our bedroom. "It's fine, Edgey," I say with a giggle. "I waited for you just like I said I would." Edgeworth smiled.

"Get in bed," Edgeworth said, "I'll be there soon. I'm going to change."

"Well," I told him as I sat on the bed, "You could just change here." I purred. Miles's cheeks dusted red and he averted his gaze. I giggled and he covered his face in his cravat.

"Y-You're not getting that lucky tonight," Edgeworth smirked. "Maybe tomorrow night." I grinned. "Tonight, I just want to hold you.."

"Yes sir," I tease. He rolled his eyes and went into the bathroom. Edgeworth returned a few minutes later in his boxers. "So you still could have changed in front of me?" I asked. He scoffed, shaking his head as he fell onto the bed. He crawled over to me and threw his arms around me, tackling me to the bed. "Milesss.." I groaned as he buried his face in my neck. He started leaving small bites and kisses on my neck. Edgeworth gave my body a squeeze.

"I've missed you so much," Edgeworth mumbled under his breath. He started playing with my hair, smelling it ((fokin creep)) and running his hand through it. He grabbed my legs and pulled them towards him, trying to get my body as close to his own as possible. Edgeworth reached over me and covered us both in our blanket. "I love you so much," he mumbled again. He repositioned himself so that his head was on top on mine, and his legs were under mine. ((tasty big spoon edgey))

"I missed you too," I reply as I close my eyes. It's been a while since Edgeworth and I slept together like this. He hasn't even been home in a few days. He's just slept at the office. Having him back in our bed was a happiness I hadn't been able to feel in too long.

Edgeworth had his arms around my waist, his large hands place one over the other on my stomach. He started kissing the top of my head and tapping his fingers on my belly. "I love you," he whispered as he let his hand slide up and down my slide agonizingly slow. "I love you so much."

I giggled as chills ran up my body, radiating from his hand. "I love you too, Miles." I grinned. Edgeworth let his hand return atop the other on my stomach. He fell asleep shortly after that; his snoring signified this. I fell asleep later, just wanting to take in the tranquil of the midnight silence and my boyfriend's snores. I knew he would be gone off to work again when we woke, so I wanted to take it in while it lasted.
